Not much custard given mostly fruit .. due to the cost to ratio of custard I haven’t returned . Also I asked for the key lime or lime sauce to not be mixed in & they said they couldn’t do it that way .. I have never been told something couldn’t be done a certain way from an ice cream shop .. I used to work at one I would know. So I got a boring fruit and little custard cup. Whack

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru this evening with 1 person and we both ordered saying IMMEDIATELY we both have a nut allergy. The guy in the drive thru repeats our order and confirms the allergy, we agree. We pull up to the window to pay and I feel like I ordered the most simple thing- I ordered 2 vanilla scoops of ice cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles. He told me I couldn’t have the sprinkles on top or mixed in with my ice cream, which I immediately thought was odd and I knew it was wrong because I’ve gone to other Andy locations and they do it without an issue. I replied okay and accepted my ice cream cup but then I add to ask for my sprinkles because they were forgotten… I get the cup of rainbow sprinkles and I seen waffles and m&ms mixed into my sprinkles.. they were cross contaminated and I let him know so he gets me a fresh cup. The fresh cup looks like it has a walnut and a broken m&m in it.😡At this point I didn’t even eat anything yet and I don’t feel safe eating anything within my order so I called back to the franchise since I have drive off down the street. I was offered for it to be remade but that trust is already gone and I want a refund. I paid with a card and I was told they couldn’t refund anything without me and my card present smh… I’m leaving this review because my health was put at risk and it isn’t being taken seriously. I’m not sure if it was this employees first day or not but regardless of it if a customer says they have an allergy he should’ve asked what he should do from a manager or get someone else to fulfill my order because these mistakes can cost someone their life. I’m even more irritated and frustrated that it happened TWICE of the cross contamination

Andy’s has been a multiple times a week thing for some time now, but the last couple times we’ve came here the quality and quantity have went down! Noticed a new group of employees and a decline in product. If I order a “concrete” then I shouldn’t be given pretty much a milk shake that I have to use a straw for. Or a half filled cup, considering the price of the items are like they are. Which I do not mind paying the price of the quality of the product is good. Terrible decline in customer service and quality of the items on the menu. But, the melted custard to the point is it being like a cup of milk is the biggest issue I have.
