Arrived to the window and received a basic Oreo shake and a “oh sorry have a good night. “If I wanted something simple I would’ve went to Burger King and spent way less money for an Oreo shake. I ordered the banana split it is 7 just for the ice cream you have to pay 1 per topping and there was about 1 inch of liquid all around it it was completely disgusting I will never go again the staff was rude and just walked off when my wife tried to ask what the liquid was all around

I've visited multiple times and the service and quality of food is always good. If you can't find something on the menu you can do your own choice of mixins. The Nutty Waffle Crunch is quite good.Download the app to get a free concrete after so many visits.Note that the drive thru is quick despite ordering at the window. They will come out with a mobile order pad to take your order if the line backs up.It's a tasty alternative to ice cream. And a small is plenty for me!
If you can't handle only chocolate or vanilla this place may not be for you. You can add all sorts of extras though. Best custard and waffle cones around.

Andy's is SO good. My boyfriend and I live super close which is dangerous. Thankfully they have a rewards program! I usually get a concrete with vanilla custard and M&M's. The workers are always so nice and welcoming. Great custard and staff! :)

I believe this was my first time buying Andy’s ice cream but I know I’ve always been curious about the spot since we don’t have easy accessibility in main big cities Texas like in other states.I just want to say that the treat was delicious! I had a Single brownie sundae and they accommodated all my per usual modifications ?I wish I could recall the nice ladies name on that night I went but she was patient and warm with me!I’ll definitely go back to this location whenever I’m in Spartanburg again!I had a single brownie sundae subbed the fudge for caramel and the nuts for heath toffee bits!I had a really rough day and y’all made it so much better! Thank you team and Andy’s!

Omg y'all omg! I just had the cookie Casanova jackhammer & it was super delicious!!! It came with a bunch of creamy caramel on top and this was just what I needed after a bad day! The cashier was really nice too. First time coming here for a sweet treat and it really made my week. This dessert came with delicious cookie pieces (think great American cookie co), swirled into vanilla soft serve. Definitely coming back to Eastside Spartanburg because Andy's is the BEST!!!!
