I didn’t even get to try the food. I was seated and promptly ignored for 20 mins so I left. I work in food service and have waited tables for years and have never just ignored a new table. I hate to do this because I love Applebee’s and having recently moved here from an area where there are no Applebees I was super excited to be able to eat here again. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but there was only 3 tables occupied and a couple at the bar so really not to much of an excuse to be ignored

The Food was great. I ordered the Monster Burger and my Woman had the Tacos. Sweet Tea for both. The only issue I had was the Table. One of the Legs of the Table had 9 Beer Coasters under it and that became an issue to be addressed. The Services was okay but it still took too long. The Atmosphere had a lot of people at the Bar watching Basketball, Duke game.

This is my favorite Applebee's in Spartanburg. The service is always top notch and the food is great! We get the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it's always so delicious.

I ordered a French onion soup and I wasn’t expecting nor did I know that French onion soup was a hamburger bun on top and then cheese melted on top. Never again. Applebees use to not have there soups like this. Foods cold never again.

absolutely awful.. i try giving this place the benefit of the doubt every once in a while but there’s no excuse behind bad food every single time i go or pick up. i don’t usually go to applebees because of past experiences but now ill for sure never go back. food is bland and dry, no flavor at all. i ordered chicken alfredo got the driest noodles i’ve ever seen in my life with barely any sauce. i highly recommend you do not go here and waste your money.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. The Hostess Carolyn was very kind and helped us find a comfortable seat. She was so helpful with any questions we had also. Our Waitress Miriah was attentive, friendly, and professional. She was constantly aware of our needs. Our food was great. (Also the cook who made the Ranch dressing did an excellent job. This might sound strange, but that was the best I've ever tasted.) Thank you Applebees staff for making our special date a wonderful experience! Hoping the management will recognize these outstanding staff members.
