March 21, 2024 2pm. I should have known not to walk into this place with only 2 cars in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in I smelled something foul. I walked to the bathroom to wash my hands and the floor was soiled the entire way. Outside the door of the women’s restroom was a big dirty broom and dustpan. Why was that so close to the dining area? I quickly realized where the foul odor was coming from as soon as I opened the door to the bathroom. It was so overwhelming I was gagging trying to pee! I walked right out the front door & couldn’t eat until the evening. Just disgusting! I wonder what the kitchen looks and smells like.

Ordered food to go. Get it home and the onions are still practically raw and the steak is a 6 oz instead of an 8. I call and complain and they offer to remake it so I take them up on it. This time the steak was the right size and the onions were cooked but the steak had so much gristle I couldn't eat about a third of it. The quality of the ingredients has went down recently and it's not worth the cost. You can't increase price and decrease quality. I'm done with them now. I see now why so many locations have closed and it might be time for this one to go that way. I hate that bc the people are usually very friendly but that doesn't make up for overpriced low quality food.
