This is the only fast food restaurant I've been to with carpet in the dining area. Probably the nicest fast food dining area I've been in. I went for the Arby Qs. They were delicious. I wish they were bigger. My wife had the burger which was also good. I rarely go to Arby's and I'm never disappointed when I do go. Food always fresh and delicious. This Arby's was very clean. We were the only one in the dining area. And of course, the fries were excellent. Thanks.
This is one of the nicest places to eat at stop in and give it a try and you will Love it.

9:15PM AUG 19, 2025: I've been a big ARBY'S fan for over 40 years and this visit was easily the very Worst ARBY'S experience ever! The lady that took my order was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I could not have been more pleasant and respectful, but yet she treated me like dirt. She messed up my order and acted like it was my fault. If I was the owner she would not have a job.

The lady at the drive through was disrespectful she pretty much threw my food and drink I'm just saying i think it was because I was a white male she didn't look happy

Been here three times now first interaction was OK. Second time was worse. The third time was even worse. The manager hung up on me after I complained about how the food was. Made refuses to give refunds would give this place a zero stars, but it doesnât allow you to.

The food was so good nice hot and fresh.. the young lady was super sweet who handed me my food.. thank you for the excellent service and food will definitely be back, my family enjoyed it
Visited around 9:10 pm and the dramatic huffing after each sentence and asking 'Is that it?' while taking my order felt as if I was inconveniencing the lady taking my order and ruining her night just by visiting. It was quite frustrating then being told the Dr Pepper was out, then the tea was out, etc. We finally chose to eat elsewhere. Will probably not visit this location again as I felt my business was not wanted.

I applaud this location for having friendly staff, short wait times and a clean dining room. It's a shining example of how a fast food restaurant should operate, one which near every other of its kind in Spartanburg should take lessons from.

The curly fries were cold and hard. Additionally, my husbandâs sandwich lacked some of the desired toppings. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant due to the friendly demeanor of the staff.
