I was told to pull up and they would bring out my food I kept waiting finally went inside and it had been sitting on the online shelf. The fries were ice cold sandwiches were cold as well. So I ask for my money back. Even though I canāt blame the cashier she was rather rude said she didnāt have time for me while another employee was texting on her phone and filling food orders which I thought was crazy. The good thing that I have to say is the manager Nick I think is his name was very nice and helpful. Iām aware things happen but donāt be so rude if you donāt like your job go somewhere else.

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time we come we are missing food. This time it was my childās chicken in his kids meal. The most that could be done about it was us come back out to get it. So we can either eat cold food or our child can watch us eat then wait till we go back for his. The accountability is none at this fast food restaurant. Management needs to be retrained on how to run a store or corporate needs to come clean it up
On 4th of July near closing, our family stopped by for some sandwiches because they were one of the last places open that day that late. The staff was super nice about it and they did a fantastic job even tho it was near closing. Give all of them a raise, like, above and beyond service. Super cool of them, thank you!

Nobody ever asked me for my order at the drive thru. There was only one other car there. After they left and still nobody had taken my order I pulled up to the window to place my order. I get it if you are busy but there was literally one other person in the drive thru and nobody inside.
