Nobody ever asked me for my order at the drive thru. There was only one other car there. After they left and still nobody had taken my order I pulled up to the window to place my order. I get it if you are busy but there was literally one other person in the drive thru and nobody inside.

I ordered 2 fish special for $6.99. I asked for them to be cooked fresh. When I received them, they were warm not hot which disappointed me!! I can not comment on the atmosphere bc I used drive thru!

Went through the drive through around 8pm on my way home from work. There wasn’t another customer in sight. Ordered and the person at the speaker/window was very cold and curt. They did not include any Arby’s sauce or ask if we wanted any (of course it’s the best), we had ordered 2 combos and didn’t get the curly fries we ordered. The cashier just aggressively handed me the bag and closed the window. I didn’t feel like I could even ask for my fries without pissing them off. Sorry to have inconvenienced you with my business but 28 dollars for 2 sandwiches is insane. Maybe bring back the old management because this place used to be good.

Ordered (2) cheddar & beef combos, with Coke and UNSWEETENED ice tea and fried mac 'n cheese bites.
It was delicious EXCEPT the tea was very SWEET Disappointed that I didn't have a drink with my meal.

Looks like they are now under new ownership and mgmt. The place looks great and everyone is very friendly. Service is also alot faster. Food was great.

While I was at the restaurant today, the manager locked the door so new customers could not get in. When an employee approached to start their shift, one of the dining customers let them in and I heard them ask the manager why the door is locked, she said “we do not have enough help”. I counted at least eight customers who came to the door during my meal but could not get in. I’m not sure how many employees justify a full crew, but there were four behind the counter. I’m not suggesting that the employees are not working, but there was not a line and customers are being turned away. While I’m am writing this review from my truck I see the manager has stepped outside the entry door to smoke. If the proprietor of this Arby’s is wondering why profits are not higher you might try sitting in the parking lot and watching or check the restroom where the urinal is out of order and the toilet seat is hanging off one side. Just pitiful, this gives Arby’s a bad name!
