I was a DoorDasher tonight for this Arby’s being one of my jobs and I must say the manager Jacob and the employee Olivia were absolutely amazing to be acquainted with! They greeted me and I told them I was there for a door dash and they were very nice and polite with me, and I really appreciated it! I’m not social often, but tonight was an exception because of the great atmosphere they gave me in return! I would definitely come here or recommend it to anyone as long as they’re working! I almost started singing with Olivia because I have a sister of the same name and she reminded me of my sister and my experience was very welcoming! I recommend them for a huge raise if possible! I would say that was the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant ever of all time! All due to two respectful joyful souls that so happen to worked that night! Thank you to Olivia and Jacob!

Asked for a roast beef and cheddar sandwich got a roast beef plain then went back asked to get an original roast beef sandwich then got it back with cheese and meat only smh the man working the window acts like he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for an original roast beef and cheddar sandwich !! Terrible service the third time I got it back it was barely cheese on it at all !! TERRIBLE SERVICE SAVE UR TIME DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!

Came through the drive through and ordered two meals. We got home both sandwiches were wrong and one was so cold it felt like it came from the fridge. Prices were ridiculous and service wasn't great.

Went there today. February 17 2024 at 11:40 pm Waited at the counter for them to take my order. I could hear them talking I'm laughing not doing their job. So I called for somebody to help me veryrude people. Definitely will not be going back there again.. Nothing will be done about it anyway.They all need fired.If I could give no stars I would. This is the store Write off Heron circle. In Spartanburg.
