I asked for fresh pretzel dogs and the cashier and the cook both had and attitude because I didn’t want the ones that was sitting out because they were burnt. Once I received my fresh batch they were burnt as well. Not sure what’s going on here.

Sometimes we get a burnt batch but not the last time. When you have enough help you can multi-task effectively. So with the summer coming in with a blast, I pray they are fully staffed with customer service oriented individuals to handle to load. Happy Spring Fling 2023. The prices are a bit much also.

They are on an app called EZ Cater. Don’t use them! They did not bother to respond to the order and at the last minute I had to find something else for a large catered event.
