Ordered online for curb pick up but had to go inside myself and grab food. The food was cold and absolutely disgusting. Only thing edible was the bo rounds.

Ordered a Cajun Filet Sandwich Combo Club Style no tomato, sweet tea no ice around 8:20pm on 3/6/25 via drive thru. Did not receive it club style and tea still had ice. I'm not sure if it's employees or that God awful AI system. Didn't get a receipt either. When AI confirmed I could have it club style I'm assuming I paid for the upgrade that I didn't receive.

I used to like this location! However the past two times I’ve went I’ve left disappointed. Number one the new automated order system they got is convenient, but when you see the person face to face and tell them thank you twice and they look at you like to to help and practically throw your food at you… that’s not right! How hard is it to show some respect and manners… especially while you’re being paid to do your job?! 🤦♀️ number two, the bo rounds are usually crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This am they were obviously put in the grease way too early or not long enough because they were really mushy and drenched like how fries are if you are waiting for grease to get hot enough and you go ahead and put them in them don’t cook them long enough and take them out and don’t strain them. Also usually I get enough to satisfy me.. like 6-7, the pack is usually so full they fall out into the big bag. But this time I got 4. 4?! My husband even said that’s new! We live right down the road and the service has never been like this. Number 3, it takes me about 5 minutes to get home and I go inside and eat. It’s always hot. My biscuit is literally cold! They did hand me the bag as soon as she opened the window so apparently they had premade everything, but it not being fresh and hot like it usually is really makes a big difference. I’d rather wait the extra 3 minutes to get hot fresh food, and enough no rounds to make sense, and a thank you back after I say thank you 2 times & tell someone to have a good day. That alone will put a lot of people in a bad mood.

I ordered three legs and was of course given thighs which I did not want . The AI ordering system may be expedient ; however you will lose a customer if my order is always wrong
Introduced some kind of robot voice that takes your order in the drive thru. It’s terrible and slow. I may not come back despite loving Bojangles. Get rid of that crap and just let a human take my order.

I live on the east side of Spartanburg and I tried to contact the Bojangles on the east side of spartanburg, however, the east side Spartanburg location and the Southport location did not answer and I have been trying to call them for the past 30 minutes. No answer. What do you do? But I called her store. Miss Crystal to find out if there was some situation at the other stores which is closer to me and she was very helpful. I'm most appreciative of that. She deserves a raise

It is inappropriate for the employees to laugh at the guests who drive up in the drive thru regardless of appearance. The drive thru cashier today should be written up or fired accordingly for their unprofessional behavior.
