Made a online order was here at 6:20 5/22/2025 waited for 25 minutes for the fodd to never be brought out and when we finally went through drive-thru to get the food it was cold very poor service they may want to look into better management

This Bojangles has been only misses and this time it was a huge miss not only did I spend 10 dollars on the new Bo berry chicken and waffle meal and the only thing good was the drink. The new item was cold the chicken was tough and hard and disgusting, the waffle was cold I was always loved it growing up. The fries were missing seasoning and Luke warm very disappointing this hasn’t the only time I have tried to complain. It will be a long time before

I spend $72 for my food to be cold. I waited for over 40 mins for my chicken breast meal, which was said to be about 15 mins. My fries, dirty rice, and other chicken were cold. I feel like if I'm waiting for food to be cooked, then the rest of the order should be hot as well. I was very disappointed.

The food was not good at all. Chicken was overcooked, and Bo rounds were old and dried out. The pinto beans were bad. They had a burnt taste to them. The food is usually good but not this day.

Had to talk to a stupid robot at the drive through and it got my order wrong. Then was told they didn’t have any dirty rice, which is not on the employees, but the GM for not ordering enough dirty rice.
Burnt black bacon, greasy inedible eggs, and a 20 minute wait because they forgot about us and everything was cold because we had to wait on them to cook the bacon. Firstly, we had to order via an A.I. assistant at the drive thru and it did not get the order correct. The indoor eating area was closed off due to “staffing issues”. This placed is being run by children that don’t know how to do anything right.

Waited in DT line 20+ minutes. Purchased Grill Chicken sandwich Price $8.99 which is ridiculously high for just a sandwich. Chicken & bread cold. Taste ok. For this price Chicken & bread should have been hot

I placed my order at 8:21 and did not receive my food until 8:50. They claimed it was because they were making my Cajun chicken biscuit fresh but ALL of my food was cold upon receipt. They didn't give me a bag so I had to carry the meals in the rain when I got to my destination. In addition, the lid wasn't on all the way on my beverage so it spilled on me when I picked it up. There was no one in front of me in line before I arrived. The staff was dismissive and more concerned with laughing and joking than customer service. This was a horrible experience!
