Visiting town and it was close to the hotel, stopped by and thought they were closing but crew was cleaning since it was slow in dining room, chicken was really good for a fast food , crew was attentive to me and son, would definitely visit again if I were in town again.

What do Bojangles from my hotel room because it said lobby closed at 9 pm when got here at 830 cashier told me that the lobby was closed due to short of staff obviously, they was not sure of staff asked for a manager. She closed the lobby for the drink machine, being broken poor excuse as me being a general manager, I work at I will have a lot of to say about this situation, especially if the sales are not up. very poor customer service

I went their the dive thru and I HATE TALKING TO A COMPUTER!!! The good was fine and the humans preparing and handing out to me were great! I HATE TALKING TO A COMPUTER!!! There are LIVE HUMANS inside so why can't I speak to one of them INSTEAD OF A DANG COMPUTER?!!! If it wasn't for having to TALK TO A COMPUTER I would've given a better rating! Again I HATE TALKING TO A COMPUTER!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've been twice in the last week in the middle of the day, and they were out of chicken for my order both times. The employees are all useless there. Thank God they put a zaxbys here

I just went to the drive thru and an automated machine took my order. I asked for a chicken sandwich with no pickles add cheese and bacon. It did not read my order back to me but told me my total. Drove to the window, the girl did not verify my order just gave me my total. They handed me my bag of food...no receipt. I just got home and all I have is a plain chicken sandwich. Won't be doing this again.

The food here is good however....every time we have went there is NEVER a clean table and watched people end their shift and walk out the door come on managers what happen to clean the lobby before you go IF I go back and there is no clean table I will say something done been 3 different times this is a nice place let's keep it that way
