The food here is good however....every time we have went there is NEVER a clean table and watched people end their shift and walk out the door come on managers what happen to clean the lobby before you go IF I go back and there is no clean table I will say something done been 3 different times this is a nice place let's keep it that way

I seen that my order was wrong (when I got to work) the chicken that I did receive was burnt and dry. So I called and spoke to a manager who was delightfully apologetic and promised to make it right the next time I came. And she did but the food was still not up to par.

The highlight - the young lady working the cash register was amazing. I have no idea who made the biscuits which were WHITE or the chicken that was hard and cold. Thank goodness for the borounds which were the only edible things in the order.

I had a doordash from here just moments ago. My pickup time was 6:30 and I'm just leaving with it because I said it would be 5 more minutes on macaroni and cheese. 30 minutes later I walked in to realize they never brought it out it was just waiting up there for me to come and pick it up and people are waiting on their food and I just find it ridiculous that people are so careless and getting paid for it.

paid over 10 for some smallest chickens strips they had in the buildings and they hard as a brick ... biscuit flat .. tea taste like water. they should be ashamed !!!!!!

Made a online order was here at 6:20 5/22/2025 waited for 25 minutes for the fodd to never be brought out and when we finally went through drive-thru to get the food it was cold very poor service they may want to look into better management

This Bojangles has been only misses and this time it was a huge miss not only did I spend 10 dollars on the new Bo berry chicken and waffle meal and the only thing good was the drink. The new item was cold the chicken was tough and hard and disgusting, the waffle was cold I was always loved it growing up. The fries were missing seasoning and Luke warm very disappointing this hasnât the only time I have tried to complain. It will be a long time before

I spend $72 for my food to be cold. I waited for over 40 mins for my chicken breast meal, which was said to be about 15 mins. My fries, dirty rice, and other chicken were cold. I feel like if I'm waiting for food to be cooked, then the rest of the order should be hot as well. I was very disappointed.
