Ordered a family meal in the drive through. I was asked if I wanted to wait 15 minutes for the biscuits. After 15 minutes people around me that were waiting were getting their food and people in the drive through. After waiting 5 more minutes I went I side. People getting food orders had biscuits in their plates. I was told that I had to wait 5 more minutes. Very disappointed in the service.

There’s nothing like a cold sausage/egg biscuit. Had to wait till home to heat it up. Drive thru this morning. Almost felt like the biscuit came out of a cooler. At least the hash browns were hot. Enjoyed them. It’s gotten to where most Bojangles are a hit & miss gamble. Either it’s the food, the wait, or the stoic impolite customer service person at the window. I have a few choice words for them….

Sweet tea sucks, service workers are rude, continually messing up orders with missing items that people pay for. Not a great establishment.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst bojangles in the area. Horrible service and they never have anything ready. You are always going to have to pull up and wait. I have had a horrible experience twice, food and service. I will always go the extra few miles to visit another one.

This is how the second time I’ve had an issue with this place. The first time, about 2 weeks ago, I went through the drive thru and had to pull up for borounds. Waited 20 minutes and went in, still wasn’t done. Staff didn’t even remember I was waiting. Had to wait another 10 minutes.

Now tonight, I go through the drive thru and had to pull up. Waited 10 minutes and somebody actually brought it out this time. Everything appeared to be in the bag but I get home and I'm missing a whole cajan fillet biscuit.

I will never return to this location.

Order Boberry biscuits every 2 weeks for church. Usually it takes 20-25 minutes to wait, so I decided to use the app. They didn’t even know about my order when I arrived, then took 25 minutes to prepare it, and everyone seemed aggravated by having to serve me. We need new staff at this location! This is not the 1st time for poor service, and from the other reviews, I’m not the only person!

I have never seen such disorganization. I had 2 separate orders. I knew it sounded like AI taking the order. After saying I have a separate order nobody answers me at the drive thru. Get up to the window and I asked is it AI she says yes. Says it doesn't reset itself till another car comes to speaker so I have to get out of my car and go inside there's a huge line behind me. Once in there I can see the problem. Staff has zero organization or customer service. Heard 2 people back there arguing with each other. Absolutely unacceptable. When AI is the one taking an order and it forces a customer to come inside it's ridiculous. I was with my client and didn't really need to leave her alone like that in the car. Do better. Attempting to replace people at a drive thru with AI is absolutely unacceptable

Staff is abysmal at this location. I don't think I've ever gone here and not had something wrong with my order. Maybe if they were actually trained it wouldn't be an issue but clearly no one here cares to run a decent business
