Update: Received a reply with is clearly automated. Same reply as other complaints. So clearly Bojangles is not interested in their reviews. I also emailed as well.
This location needs to be shut down until they can find good employees & a good mgr. Everyone here has a rotten attitude. I've tried to go in 5 different times on a Saturday or Sunday only to find the doors locked. You need to update the dining room hours posted or fire the mgr that can't or won't open the doors. But she's does make sure she has the prime parking spot for her car right at the door. Horrible atmosphere. I always end up going across the street to Hardee's.

Tried to get a 12 piece family at 1:45pm on a Saturday and was told that she couldn't do a 12 piece at that time. Didn't offer to make a fresh batch. Didn't say they were out of chicken. Just was told no. Won't be going back to that Bojangles.

Order was shorted food. Biscuits were hard. Mashed potatoes were gummy. Tried to call restaurant no answer and left message for return call. No call back. Went to restaurant and left name and number for call back. No call back. The food quality is poor at best and the customer service is worse. I would not go back because I am afraid they may food poison you because they don’t care about what they do. If they treat customers this way then certainly they do not care about proper food preparation protocols. I think the health department needs to pay them a visit.

I ordered a sausage biscuit combo and got a sausage egg and cheese(I don’t eat). My husband ordered a ham and egg biscuit and when he opened it the biscuit was all torn up!! He could t even pick it up! When he went and ask for another biscuit he told them I didn’t get the right one either. Nothing was done or offered. The lady in the kitchen hollers out. What they complaining about? Good god!! That’s made us want to leave right then. But we ate our food. Some ladies came in and one ordered a biscuit After paying she ask for bacon to be put on it and then the lady in the kitchen said you want some egg on it too. Then ask her if she wanted some Bo rounds too. No money was taken The loud yelling and carrying on was totally uncalled for. I can assure you we won’t return to this store! I hope this gets to corporate and they take the matters into hand

This location of bojangles is TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. This establishment location is very bad and every time you order on DoorDash from this place they never want to give your sides or you missing a chicken tender you never get what you PAID for. I ordered 3 wings with 2 sides of fries. They never give me my second fries then the food be cold or the fries are overly seasoned and hard and they want to give you LESS FRIES. my boyfriend got the 5 peice supremes combo and they only gave him 4 supremes and less fries!! And the food goes up to about 29 dollars for this food and it be tasting not fresh!! It's like they just put what they had the day before and sell it to people!! This location is rude and has a lot of attitude. Or when you have to go up there they still don't get your order right and have an attitude and rushing you to order. Then the food be cold and hard as rocks!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY DONT LISTEN AND THEY HAVE NO MANNERS.

Had just the bojangles in Cedar springs...terrible service. Went through the drive Thur. Everything was great. Only bad thing was I ordered a 3 PC. Got all the way home opened box to a 2 PC. But hey...the staff was great. Professional.

I was the only customer in the drive thru , got my order within 5 minutes , the only thing wrong with my order was that the dirty rice was way over cooked , like mush, other than that, everything was fine.
