1) my order was taken wrong, I checked it before I left because it’s happened before 2) the order was short a piece of chicken. The gal at the drive through wanted $3.80 to fix their mistake 3) after adding the missing chicken the girl at the drive through dropped the box on the pavement between the building and my car, it was just the box, no bag. I got out of my SUV, picked it up and drove home. 4) literally the only edible item was the biscuit 5) the mashed potatoes had been kept in a warmer (just a guess) so long the were dried out, stuck to the side of the cardboard cup. 6) what chicken? A couple of edible bites and a huge amount of thick breading and skin made up each piece and the “edible” art was dry and stringy. The “thighs” were a thigh bone 1 1/2 inches long attached to a back quarter that was bones, the drumstick was also mostly bone and thick breading, a little dry, stringy chicken. Only the biscuit was actually edible. If I’m ever back, I’ll just get biscuits. This was not my first experience at Bojangles, downhill is an understatement.

Got in line to order and got told to wait for almost 6 or 7 minutes with an empty line. Pathetic. Corporate better come check on who’s running their businesses on E Main St, South Carolina

Was there around 6pm on 8-21-2025 ordered 2 supreme meals one with bo rounds and extra dip. They said it would be 5min on the bo rounds I said okay that's fine. I get to the window and they gave me my food fast. To fast for the bo rounds. So I looked and no bo rounds. They gave me fries but did have extra dip. So I let them know and so they pulled the fries and gave my bo rounds that where cold and hard and now no extra dip. And this was not the first time something like this has happened.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at the store location on East Main. For the second time, I visited the location and was informed that they were out of chicken, despite advertising it. On my most recent visit, I attempted to order through the drive-through at 8:15 pm, only to be told they had only one wing left. Given that it was one hour 45 minutes before closing time, I found it unusual that they wouldn't have sufficient stock to meet demand. Upon entering the store during my previous visit, I noticed that the chairs were placed on the tables, indicating that the lobby was closed, and customers were only allowed to place orders for takeout. When I inquired about the store's closing time, I was told it was 10 pm. However, during my recent visit, I barely made it out at 8:30 pm. I am extremely dissatisfied as a customer, particularly since this is the second instance where this location has reported being out of chicken.

Update: Received a reply with is clearly automated. Same reply as other complaints. So clearly Bojangles is not interested in their reviews. I also emailed as well.
This location needs to be shut down until they can find good employees & a good mgr. Everyone here has a rotten attitude. I've tried to go in 5 different times on a Saturday or Sunday only to find the doors locked. You need to update the dining room hours posted or fire the mgr that can't or won't open the doors. But she's does make sure she has the prime parking spot for her car right at the door. Horrible atmosphere. I always end up going across the street to Hardee's.

Tried to get a 12 piece family at 1:45pm on a Saturday and was told that she couldn't do a 12 piece at that time. Didn't offer to make a fresh batch. Didn't say they were out of chicken. Just was told no. Won't be going back to that Bojangles.
