I hate this bojangles! People rude, slow service, food is stale. Like I hate it. So I haven’t been in prolly 5-6 years. But my son was craving chicken tenders and we were close by so I grit my teeth and pulled in. YALLLLL! The employees were so nice! The food was so fresh and we had three cars ahead of us and were out in about 5mins. I will try this location again

Went to this location around 5pm got a kids meal and a supreme combo and it was super fresh and the young gentleman that handed me my food was Pleasant will be back for sure thank u for a great experience at this location

They pulled me forward just to be missing 2 of my biscuits. I had to go in to get my 2 that were missing. After opening my biscuits this is what they looked like. Come on ppl. Presentation is lacking very much so. The bo-berry biscuit tasted like dough. Also the managers were in dirty clothes.

Waited for 20 minutes which would be nice if they would tell you befor hand that you are going to have to wait that long. Plus they gave me the wrong sides and completely forgot the biscuits and i can guarantee they dont care. Last time going to that location

They are getting a little slack on the biscuits. They are not as light and fluffy as they used to be. But bonus points for adding hot sauce and honey packs to the to- go boxes.
May 12 2025 Whomever the young man is that was working the drive thru 1:30 pm is amazing. He was so pleasant and polite. Soothing voice told me to have a blessed day love. He deserves recognition. This was so needed as my day was not a good one and it brightened it up. Thank you young man

For this to be a fast food service, there was nothing fast about their service. Then, the employees were threatening to walk off the job because you have customers asking for their money back. Worst experience at a fast food establishment!!!
