chicken was burnt, fries unseasoned, and the biscuit still had uncooked dough inside. bojangles used to be my favorite fast food spot but recently they have messed up the food more times then they’ve gotten it right. almost every time i go here something is messed up with the food. very disappointing

I use the drive-thru. The young lady was very nice. It was in the later afternoon but I still stop by for a biscuit and Senior Pepsi . They have great biscuits better than anyone around and the best part is they have them all day.

Ordered for curbside pick up..sat there way to long called and was told they don't do curbside pickup orders placed through their own site.funny cause it worked last week...never got my food yet they took my payment .called and asked for a refund and was told that no one in the store knew how to do it and the manager would when he got in..days later still no refund...of u dont do curbside pickup,take it off your site..

we ordered a meal & 3 drinks, 1 being a dr pepper. told us to pull around handed us food & 2 drinks, leaves doesn’t come back for a few minutes. ask what we need, told them dr pepper & she said “we dont sell dr pepper” and closed the window. CHARGED us for 3 drinks and only got 2.

Most of the workers are horrible but the food is very good I met one or 2 cool workers rest are rude and seem irritated also one of the workers was just staring he down he wasn’t on nothing frr tho

I wish that I could do a real review of this place but when me and my wife came to get a biscuit on 4/21/24 around 10:40 am the lobby was basically empty but there were 2 young men that were ahead of us and they got their order taken. When it was our turn, the cashier never came back, never acknowledged us or anything. We stood there for over 5 minutes before we decided to just leave. Very disappointing.
