just leaving this review to remind myself never to come back. i gave “atmosphere” 2 stars (the highest rating i could give) because it’s so empty, there’s no trouble finding a seat. i ordered a simple everything bagel with cream cheese and lox, toasted. my gf ordered a sourdough bagel, toasted, with tomato/cheese/lettuce/ and turkey breast- this order took about 10min just for them to understand.
the photo below is half of my order, looks like they forgot 90% of the lox that’s supposed to be in there???- which i would have returned had i not been super hungry.

Great bagels, poor service. Ordered bakers dozen bagels to go. Waited a long time, people that ordered after us got their food first. All they had to do was put the bagels we picked out in a bag and send us on our way. Then get home and find out we did not get all the varieties of bagels we ordered.

Last time we came to this shop we were rudely stopped at the door even though they didn’t close for another hour. Figured maybe it was a one time situation so we gave them another chance. They took our order and then informed us that they don’t take orders after 1:30? Did not toast our bagel, left out our chips, and incorrectly made my sandwich (I asked for only egg and mayo on my egg salad sandwich).

I really enjoy the bagel sandwiches but the prices are insane for one and I feel like every time I walk in they look at me like just ruined their day. I felt like a butcher walking into a Vegan convention. I have been their 5 times at most and it's the same grumpy look every time. Seriously y'all need to lower prices and work on the hospitality part.

I asked for a side of fruit and she gave me my order and didn’t inform me that there was no fruit until i mentioned there wasn’t fruit within my bag, and only then she gave me other options. The salmón looks… interesting

Slightly disappointed. Came here on a Thursday around 10am. Bagels were very hard inside and out. I can't tell if they were overbaked or old. I ordered several varieties and all were the same - hard as a rock and extremely dry inside. Is there a better day to come when they are fresh? All being said, they actually tasted like a real bagel - not just bread masquerading as a bagel. I'm hoping this was just an off day and will try them again when in the area.
Came in this evening and enjoyed a blt bagel sandwich and an iced coffee. Sandwich was delicious and the coffee was amazing! Service was also very efficient. Definitely recommend!
