Good food….BUT it stops there. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE. You pay for a coffee but the self service thermos is empty. Prices are ridiculous. We’d come here every week. But every-time I crave a bagel I remember the terrible service and go get brunch at a different spot.

Do they know what TOAST THE DAMN BAGEL MEANS????. and the girl did NOT have a drop of personality. Had to throw my damn 10 dollar bagel in the trash. Damn I'm missed! I won't be back as long as she's working!!! I buy bagels every day but it won't be from there for a while!

Came here and got an onion bagel with jalapeno cream cheese - zero cream cheese on the bagel and it was BARELY toasted. Tasted horrible. Do not go here

It was very quiet, but I'm glad I stopped by. Nice fresh bagels that a very tasty.
Me and my dad went here everyday before I had to go to school, sadly my dad passed away 3 weeks ago and every time I go back to Broadway Bagels it feels like he’s there with me. Btw this place is the BEST!!

just leaving this review to remind myself never to come back. i gave “atmosphere” 2 stars (the highest rating i could give) because it’s so empty, there’s no trouble finding a seat. i ordered a simple everything bagel with cream cheese and lox, toasted. my gf ordered a sourdough bagel, toasted, with tomato/cheese/lettuce/ and turkey breast- this order took about 10min just for them to understand.
the photo below is half of my order, looks like they forgot 90% of the lox that’s supposed to be in there???- which i would have returned had i not been super hungry.
