Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Friendly service and good ice cream

I went to buy ice cream. Look at what they gave me for $6.00 plus tax. Please everyone, stay away from these stingy people. I want my six dollars worth of ice cream, not half scoops.

Great Customer Service and Great Ice Cream

JB White location is always a fun stop while in Spartanburg. Great service, great ice cream.

Some times this place is just really bad and some times it’s just okay (ice cream though for a reason I think something had change,
it doesn’t taste as good as it did before it’s been moths ago or something)

My son started working at the Eastside location at age 14. This past week he realized he couldn’t get on the app to see if he was working, he called his boss Matt and shift lead Chris to inquire why and heard nothing. Given the history of poor communication with management he text his boss asking if he still had a job and received a generic message saying “thanks for your service but we are letting you go.” He had been there for just shy of 4 years. There was no indication that his job was at risk, he shows up for work early, he is a great kid (painfully quiet) but a good worker all the same. Had he been given any sort of feedback he would have complied however that wasn’t the case. It is unfortunate, in a world where people are so quick to cry “people don’t want to work” this place would rather let loyal workers go out of fear of speaking to them….

Chocolate ice cream is ok there is a slight after taste but stores don't carry real ice cream anymore so it will due.

Even though I like Sonic's blast and I once thought there was no difference between them and Bruster's. I can say I was completely wrong. I just had a Reese's blast at Bruster's and I was tasting big chunks of Reese's down to the last bite. There's definitely a major difference.

The only negative thing is there needs to be more shaded sitting areas

I order the same thing every time. A banana split with no whipped cream, cherries, pineapple or pretzel stick. Usually it's right but today it tasted different they left off my chocolate syrup. So disappointed I have been craving this for a week and for it not to be right just makes me sad ?
