Love good bbq. Found this place today random search on map app going across town. Though not usually on my way, it’s only 10 minutes from work. They gonna know me by name ‘fore long.
Found this gem while traveling. Saw smokers/grills out back smoking when I arrived. I could almost smell how good it was going to be. The Pork BBQ was smoky and delicious, and I opted for the Carolina yellow BBQ sauce, which was also very good and didn't cover up the taste of the meat. The tasty beef hash over rice brought back memories of when I lived in SC. Ribs fell off the bone and had a nice smoky flavor. Pricing was reasonable, and portions were large. Highly recommended...
We went to a tasting at Bubba's, it was some of the best food. The chicken was juicy, and we all loved that sweet potato crunch. We used them for our reception. There was some minor issues. I can say the owner Rick is very passionate about his business and his relationship in the community. We were able talk and work things out. After all who doesnt mess up in the kitchen sometimes. We will definitely be back for that sweet potato crunch.
