I come here kinda often but I hate the work of the girl who usually work on Sundays. She always so slow.

Looks like we all are having the same issue, I'm currently standing in front repeatedly calling out for service no one came. I looked up the number and had to call someone that apparently was not at the location to get in touch with the worker. After a few minutes the staff member comes came from some where else behind me. Didn't speak or anything just what can I get for you! I'm just speechless! Very poor service!

I ordered a drink at 4:39 and waited until 5:02 pm to ask for a refund I seen previous orders sending the drinks back after I waited 20 minutes needs severe management I also had to wait for her to call the manager to give me my money back. Waste of my time

3:50 PM. We were going to order 4 items and people were in line behind us to order also. Person behind counter said that she wasn't taking orders because she was leaving at 4. She turned everyone away and wasn't very polite about it. Oh well. Owner lost sales.

Place lies about open time and some days they don't open at all Horrible business

Stopped buy after shopping at Westgate mall and stood there for a good 3 minutes before was even acknowledged. Man bun guy who I assume was a manger was helping the two other people and saw my daughter and I waiting and he went to the back. When she finally ordered her drink we patiently waited. Two more people can and got there drinks before us. Still waiting, I went to restroom and came back and waited. I finally got up and asked about her order and they forgot it and proceeded to make it. They did give her a large but that customer service was not good at all especially when you're not busy.

My teens loke this place. The teas are good. However, it's a Sunday afternoon and you all have this one girl working here by herself. That's not safe. We were second in line to place our order, 8 people came after us and she tells us she's supposed to make drinks before she make ice-cream. 5 more people show up and we were supposed to wait again, absolutely not. It's not her fault. She's here by herself. The company needs to do better.

Best boba place in town! I would usually go to Greenville for my boba but im so glad i finally found one nearby, the flavor is magnificent!!

The drinks were delicious, but the service could be improved. The cashier seemed distracted with headphones and her phone, which made the experience less enjoyable. With more attentive service, this place could be excellent.

Good drinks, said online opened at 11:00am walked up at 12:05pm and was still setting up to open

They have the best coffee tiramisu ever and their ice cream rolls are amazing. Customer service is really good the staff are very friendly

This is one of the best places to get an amazing bubble tea! The customer service is amazing, very helpful and you could not ask for a better staff!

Given how the owner of the company speaks to people. I’m not surprised the employees also suck at their job.

They have some good products but their customer service sucks!! I’ve been there once and waited 35 minutes for ONE drink. Then I recently ordered 3 items from them on doordash. 2/3 items were out of stock and no one bothered to tell me until I saw they didn’t arrive at my door step. Got my money back because it was such a waste of time and money for one stupid bubble tea…these people just don’t care here!

I even dont want to try this macha mango, first I interest to buy this drink but when I enter the place and talk to customer service, she so rude towards me, please for the owner u need to make sure that your customer service follow your standar how to service a customer, I come to buy not getting something for free
