Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could give this place zero stars I would... We spent 92$ over all with everything we bought but, our 15 box of wings only had 12 in it and 2 of our 10 boxes only had 9 wings in each. We won't be coming back because to me that's ripping off money from customers.

Nobody in here does jack squat. Horrible service. Whoever runs this place is doing a bang up job of it for sure.

We went there on a Friday night and waited the 20-30 minutes wait period, only to never get sat. Even after going to alert the staff about it twice, we still ended up waiting around for an hour and a half before we decided to leave.

I ordered the loaded Buffalo chicken tots & they were good, could have used more Buffalo sauce but it was good overall!

We came in for dinner on 4/23. We sat at the table for 20 minutes and NEVER were approached by anyone. When I went and asked who our server was, I was told they didn’t know and was given no answer on how to find out. This is the poorest ran restaurant with pretty decent food when you can get it. We use to be weekly customers but doubt we will be back. There were 3 other tables of customers that were leaving when we did — they had waited 45 minutes and never received food. I would love to talk to the managing partner or corporate about this experience. It’s a shame this restaurant will not survive under these terms.

waited over an hour for a 10 peice..

We waited 20 minutes for our food, our server checked on it repeatedly. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with fries. There was no buffalo sauce on the chicken and my fries were old. My husband's fries were hot. Would've sent it back if I knew it wouldn't take another 20 minutes...never visiting this location again, it's a 25 minute drive but will drive farther next time.

Call in an order to be picked up for 1699. When it was picked up, we were charged $30. There was nothing on your website that said that it had that caught the order had to be made online and it was nothing that the person told me when I ordered it. It said it had to be online, so this is sorry service. We won’t be at we won’t be coming to your establishment anymore. We liked it but I’m sorry to say this is unacceptable.

Terrible service and slow

Allison was great. One of the best bartenders I have had in the best couple of years. She was fast and efficient and treated us like family for our first time in the state.

I called before I came tonight at 12:15. Maddy and Allison decided not to serve us. I personally believe that they’re racist and unfair.

Walked in with 5 patrons in the restaurant. Waited about 15 minutes to be told to seat myself. Sat at the table and watched the employees chillin on their phones before even being noticed. Really not impressed.

I ordered at 4:21 pm and it said it would be ready at 4:40 pm. I got there at 4:40 pm and they said it wasn’t ready. I then waited until 5:20 pm. I waited 40 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. Other group of 6 walked out. There were so many people waiting. I asked for a refund. The girl behind the desk said it was almost ready and they “just” had to do the wings. We said no.
It’s ridiculous to wait 40 minutes after the app said it would be ready. We demanded a receipt of return, but I am not sure if she returned the order. I will be waiting to see the charge off my card. I will never come back here again.

One of the worst run restaurants I’ve been to in quite some time. Nobody was available to greet customers, nobody at the takeout area. Customers were left guessing. Trying to get an employee to talk to was extremely hard - they’d walk right past you and you’d have to stop them to get them to acknowledge you. Food was good, but the service lacks. Based on other reviews, it’s been a horribly run restaurant for quite some time.
