Haven't been inside BWW in forever and my family went there for a late dinner. Though it was getting busy, our servers were on point shgc__.

The waitress was very nice especially the trainee we had and very helpful. The food pictured below was the toughest, driest and the texture was pure rubber. This was uneditable let alone enjoyable. The endless apps includes chips and queso, but as explained by another server the manager had blocked out the chips and the queso on the endless apps and having servers say they were all out. Besides our wonderful waitress the chicken was terrible and the manager cutting of an option and refusing to replace it with another item of choice was not appreciated.

We brought a softball team (20 total people). They had 8 tables together in plain view with more than 50 spots open but told us it would be an hour wait. They did not seem interested in serving us.

Service was ok. Just a little slow and had to ask for things like napkins. She was very nice though.... Food...was not. Dry bread and overcooked meat on sandwich, super salty tacos, wings were so dry could barely bite through it. Chicken strips and apps were good though. Just for the food alone I wouldn't go back. Definitely Disappointed.

The feeling of disappointment after i got home after a long day and found my order was cold & incorrect. (i only live 8mins away) i couldn’t even eat the mistake cause habanero is too much heat for my tastebuds, which made it so disappointing. first time eating here this year and i remember why i stopped going. ALWAYS check the bag people. i got wings that were cold and fries that tasted like they were sitting out forever.
i work in the food industry so my guess is they couldn’t be bothered to make a new batch of anything
it was 11:50pm when i ordered, 20-30mins till close i get it.
but with just a little over a hour till close. i just expected fresh food.

Delicious wings, I really liked the Blue cheese sauce, the wings in mango sauce are very spicy, I thought it was sweet, I don't eat spicy food, so you need to check before ordering. The service is very nice and pleasant. Overall, a good atmosphere.

Terrible i will never go here again !!! The people are awful and the wings was dry! They kept giving me the wrong order so i resubmitted my order and once again the order was wrong again!!!called the store an asked to talk to manager the man kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold! And no one ever cane to phone! Need to b put down

Our server Aaron was so awesome! Great customer service, kind and attentive.
The kitchen staff did magic with our food. We all had such a great time and we had a huge party of 12 consisting of adults and kids. It was no trouble for them to sit us together. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!
