The service the last several times we’ve been was struggling. It seems like they are understaffed and we waited forever to get a seat, to even speak to a waiter once we were seated, etc.There was trash just laying on the floor, empty tables everywhere. Food was ok, not great. I think they just needed more help for all of the things.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would I came here twice and these people have been racist both times that I’ve came if you don’t want to have a bad time don’t come here

First time here. They were short staffed on Veterans Day so the wait was long to get a table. But once seated food came faster than I expected and was pleased with the taste as I had never eaten here before. It was nice and the server did a great job.

There will be so many tables available and waiters just leave people waiting to be seated for up to an hour before even acknowledging us even though there are like 10 tables open to seat people.w We had a girl ask after 40 minutes if we had been put on wait list or helped we said no she said okay and literally walked away we left after waiting an hour for a table that there were plenty off. That establishment is terrible and needs new management because it is trash. Never again.

This place needs new managment. My family and I walked in on 11/9. We did not see any hostess or servers. There was a line of people waiting ahead of us 30 minutes later a hostess came to write our name down told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait while the restaurant was empty. We decided to leave the restaurant 40 mins later we recieved the text our table was was ready. Poor management and the empolyees don’t care.

We tried to come here for a Veterans Day meal and stood in line for about 20 minutes with the restaurant being over half empty. The hostess was very rude when we asked how much longer it would be. The website says that they were doing a free 10-piece boneless wings and fries for Veterans Day either dine in or counter order but the hostess claimed that they were not honoring what was on the website. We left very upset and hungry. We were planning on ordering alcoholic beverages as well as other food but because of the time we had to wait and the hostess attitude we will not be back to this location

Was told it would be between 20 & 30 minutes. Hour and a half later didn’t receive any messages or calls. They totally forgot about us. One couple was aloud to bypass everyone else in line. That couple thought they were something special. It was either a friend of the hostess or because they both had the same nationality as the hostess. Only had one server on a Saturday night. 20 empty tables. 2 tables with people at them. The server stood talking to one customer. Will NEVER RETURN to this location. Very poorly managed. I’m glad there was several other people that left as well.

We were there last night. We waited 10 minutes at the hostess counter only to be ignored by who I assumed was the hostess. She didn't acknowledge that we were there until another couple came in behind us. When we were finally seated we sat there for a very long time ( I didn't keep time) without anyone coming by the table . After that time period the party beside us finally had a waiter come to their table so they could ask where their order was. We still didn't have anyone check on us. So we got up and walked back by the hostess who never ask if there was a problem. I used to go there on a regular basis several years ago but I will not return.

Spartanburg BWW, Sunday lunch time, 15-20 min wait standing at the door...and the place is nearly empty? If you are short staffed...fix it, because this isn't the first time service has been very slow. We will just drive a minute further to the Woodruff Rd store, seated inside 5 minutes coming in the door, quick fast service. Spartanburg store needs to figure out how to be a wing joint again.

I have ordered here a total of three times, each time, each time they have either messed the order up or have completely forgotten items. It’s always a mess when you walk in the restaurant, it seems as if nobody has a clue as the what’s going on.
