Food is what you expect. Employees do the bare minimum, won't even tell you if they've lefft something out, they just yell after you've pulled off, when someone else has already pulled to the window. And the door closest to the drive thru is locked, so there's no convenient way to get your order corrected from the drive thru.

I went to this location and it’s under renovation or something because the drive thru is blocked off with dumpsters and the inside is full of construction

went through the drive through tonight 12/3 and made my order for two whopper meals and ketchup I then asked for a regular chicken sandwich I got no response I then asked if they heard me and still no response. We waited around 1 minute and still no response so I pulled forward hoping to confirm the order at the window. I was then told they didn’t get the chicken sandwhich order and I would have to pull back around or come inside. I explained how I tried telling them at the speaker and got no response they then were totally rude. Felix rice the GM basically told us they couldn’t add it on EVEN THO I SAID IT AT THE SPEAKER and said they were in the middle of a rush with a very hostile tone. There was one car behind us. They then started talking about me in front of my face so we just pulled off. Will never come back to this location.

This was the 2nd time eating at this location and both times my food was incorrect. I will never go back to this place or recommend this place to no one. I ordered 2 burgers no ketchup and both had some ketchup on one of them supposed to have mustard & mayo on them. And had paid extra for pickles, lettuce, tomatos and onions. And I don't get nothing I paid for. I also got a med onion ring and I didn't even get those I got fries instead. The drink was half full.

My boyfriend and I visited our typical local BK today around 1:00pm, only people in the drive-thru line. We ordered a kids meal, 4 piece cheesy tot, 2 wraps, and an 8 count jalapeño cheddar bite.
After waiting around 8-10 minutes for our food, we received it and they forgot the fry for the kids meal, switched the amounts for the cheesy tots and jalapeño cheddar bites, and the wraps were beyond sad. For this being our typical BK, we are disappointed. Also slightly unsanitary to apply lipgloss and have your fingers in your mouth and then proceed to bag food.

Waited over fifteen minutes for someone to take our order no one ever did they all just stood around laughing at us while the manger was doing something else we walked out with the people who were behind us lost abot for sales .want ever go back there il wait till mine at Westgate opens back up
