This is the second time I’ve been to this particular Burger King. Both times I got a number one whopper with cheese. It did not even look appealing much less. They only put like three or four little teeny pieces of lettuce it don’t even cover the meat and I’m talking like half inch by half inch pieces I do not recommend eating at this Burger King to anyone. Very unappealing.

Carol is very Rude she has an attitude taking my order and my money ! Rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing ! Terrible customer service I will NEVER go back to this one again ! If you do not like your job then QUIT but do not take it out on paying customers that you are miserable !

I am impressed by the service, cleanliness and delicious food! It is very clean and pleasant to be here. We were served by a man and he was extremely polite! I would give it all 100 ⭐ If only it were possible! My husband and I ate delicious food very often and were happy!

I usually go to this BK for breakfast before work since it’s the closest and least expensive option; that being said, 8/10 times, the person at the window (no matter who’s working) is very stand-off-ish and the only thing said to me is the total when I pull up with a scowl. Once I get my card back, they shove the bag out the window and walk away. No receipt, no thank you, literally nothing. I’m not a morning person myself, so I get it. It’s early. However, this morning I got an order of hash browns with my usual order, and when I got to work they weren’t in the bag. I tried to call the store to let them know so I can maybe come by at lunch for a refund, but they are answering the phone just to hang it up. I suppose I should have checked the bag before I left, but I only had 3 items, it’s not like it was a detailed order. I’m very disappointed, but I hope the atmosphere there changes. The crew all look miserable, and they are reflecting that on customers.

The wife and I went in to try the new BK melts. The buns were not toasted. How do you have a new menu item and no one knows how to make it? Pathetic.

Worst service ever . order at 3:24 me and my son never received our food excuses when I ask for money back was they gave my food away 30 minutes wasted of my time.the cashier was lost and they wonder why they still work there if you can't get a order right then you can't get your life right yeah mistakes happen but the women act as if we were not even in the place I guess we were just sitting there to watch people come in and out and to whom that reads this the person who was responsible will not hold them self accountable because they are good person instead of saying I could have handle it differently

Bread was kind of stale and the burger didn't have much of that flame broiled taste it used to have, won't be back.

Parking: Very dark at night to see where to turn in, need more lights.
