I cannot say enough good things about Kristen at the Burger King drive-thru! From the moment I rolled up, she was on top of her game—friendly, fast, and had the kind of energy that makes you actually smile through your car window. My order was huge and complicated, but she handled it like a drive-thru boss.
Not only did my food come out perfectly, hot and fresh, but she somehow managed to throw in an extra nugget of kindness with every interaction. She literally made my day better just by being her awesome self. If you ever find yourself at this Burger King, ask for Kristen. she’s a five-star service legend, and honestly, I’d follow her to any drive-thru.

Ate here August 14,2025. Place was clean inside and out. Two of us orders Whoppers. Both were fresh and delicious. Employees were very nice. We will indeed eat here again. Update. My wife and I ate here again on August 15,2025. We had the very same results. Restaurant was clean,service was again great and the food was fresh and delicious .

I moved from Charleston a week ago and I come here because the customer service is amazing. However I will probably not be returning bc this marks the 3rd time in a row I have went and got a burger add cheese and no pickles. Not hard right ? Well congrats on always getting the no pickles but the part I have to extra for is never there great way to boost sales and help food cost. Today went got the same thing but also ordered a plain cheeseburger meat cheese bun easy again right ? Nope just bread and meat no cheese!! Give us our cheese people!!!

Wow where do I begin - the fact that the girl at the register was extremely nice and pleasant for her shirt leader to berate her in front of customers and employees over the smallest mistake regarding chicken nuggets. Or the shift leader screaming to her manager Kristen I’m not dealing with this shit - or the manager Kristen acting a complete fool in the back - disregarding any food safety precautions- playing on her phone - her nasty phone while making cold food- screaming about her issues. They need to fire both the shift leader and the manager - terrible location - terrible customer service - terrible atmosphere!!!!! Run from here don’t walk.

Went in for Breakfast and the manager was outside talking and kissing her boyfriend I guess and the others inside acted like we didn’t exist. I waited for 15 mins nothing. Very poor service
