One of the few times that I've been able to get tea after 12. Got home and the tea was sour. Smh was also informed no milkshakes. I thought this was burger king have it your way. I didn't know it was have it your way between. Open and 12 a.m. what about the customers that come between 12 a.m. and 1a.m. are we not as important as the rest?

I have ordered food from here for delivery multiple times. Each time I get onion rings (which automatically comes with Zesty sauce). Well, everytime I get them they NEVER put any sauce in the bag...ever. and I'm 30 minutes away so I can't just drive there at 11 at night. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened the bag it was a note that said they ran out of chicken sandwiches. I got a refund but still so ridiculous.

This is one of the better Burger Kings I have been to in any state. They give Chick fi la service and the food is always fresh.
Lady who took our order was kind, polite and patient. Our order was $70. We had a large order. After getting our food and sitting down we realize we are missing a large fry, a medium fry, and an onion ring. We were met with a nasty attitude from a woman bagging orders, as if we messed up this woman's order. All of our fries and onion rings were old and cold. When leaving we needed a bag for our leftovers. I asked if I could please get a big bag. She practically threw the smallest bag she had. If you can't put on a mask to serve your customers, you need to stay in the back kitchen. Immediately ruined our entire meal and mood.

Casey was very friendly and welcoming! The food was also great. I felt the manager was a little too tuff on the employees. She was fussing just because they were laughing. Personally I would rather hear people having a good time rather than getting fussed at.
