Burger King needs to go back where it used to be you always with their flame boil boogers on the grill, you can smell it for miles. Now it has no flavor, no taste whatsoever. Company needs to get back where it used to be where they used to have the best burgers all around. It smells so good and tastes so good. Shouldn't have changed what
they had was the best. Now is very poor. Poor extremely poor hamburger meat. No flavor whatsoever

Absolutely horrid. Ordered a coffee - rancid/expired, double cheeseburger - instead got a regular cheeseburger with a special hair in it, strawberry lemonade - looked like orange juice with no trace of strawberry, onion rings - fries.....out of a lunch for an overnight shift and probably sick 😂😂

I always come to this place and they never have anything to drink, even though they charge you for the order with a drink and when you complain to the manager he says he can't do anything, it's incredible that he has no respect for the customer and steals their money.

Place a mobile order 20 minutes before attempting to pick it up. Store was closed and told to pull around. Just to have to cancel order. If they couldn’t preform the simple task of making food I should’ve been notified before missing my whole lunch break. Ridiculous!

My wife and I came through on our way back home to TN. This was 5 days after the flooding so there was still a lot of damage and places without power. We stopped at a few places along I26 and they were either closed or the lines were ridiculously long. We stopped here and the line was to the road but it was moving fast. It was the only place open and you could tell they had been slammed all day. When I got to the speaker I was greeted with the happiest voice to take our order. When we pulled to the window, she was still just as pleasant as a person could be. We pulled up to get our food and the next lady was just as pleasant and happy as the first. Based on the situation you know they had been going nonstop for hours. The fries were ok and the burgers were cold, but Tiffany and the other lady were giving the absolute best customer service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Well done.
