We had some damaged table tops that had to be sent back. It was the fault of the shipper. The service we received in handling this was amazing. The damaged tops were replaced, shipped and received within a week. The finished product looks great. This is the third time we have used Cafe Tables and will again in the future. Good job!

Update - unfortunately had to change my review. We had swapped out the legs on the table for one that looked more appropriate. (I wish we had been advised in the first place that the legs selected would not look good on the table top we ordered.) When we received the new base, they had included return packing materials for us to use for the bases we were returning. We packed them up nicely and expedited the shipping out of pocket. Only to find out we are now being charged a 25% restocking fee because we didn't send them in their "original packaging" but instead in the packaging they sent us.I have to be honest, this feels really scammy and makes me never want to do business with them again. It's like they were looking for a way to keep some of my money. A 25% fee for restocking when I sent them back immediately (next day), in pristine condition, plus had ordered a more expensive base? I don't like that at all! I hope the 25% restocking fee was worth losing a customer over and leaving a really bad impression on what was a great first experience.-------Extremely thrilled with my recent purchase. The owner and shop manager were very accommodating with my deadlines. Britny in the office was very prompt with all my requests and made sure all of the details were correct. When we had a minor freight delay, she was on it, calling on my behalf to investigate before I did. Very impressed! From start to finish I had my custom table in just over a week!I am so happy I decided to go through them for my kitchen nook table instead of the marble table at Pottery Barn. You don’t get this level of accommodation and personal touch through a big box store. Plus, the table is gorgeous, one of a kind, and made in the US. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again and recommend!!
