9/12/24-The young guy taking orders was struggling and it seemed like he didn’t have good familiarity with what he was doing. The sandwich meal was marked $16. Ordered 2 and he stated the total was $46. That certainly does not compute. Disappointed with a vendor I have visited for more than 15 years. Meat portions are also smaller. The ribfests are going to do themselves in with price gouging.
First day at the Huntington, WV Ribfest and tried all of the vendors. I'm going to be very critical with this, fair warning. The ribs could have been more tender in my opinion, but the barbeque sauce made up for it. The best original barbeque sauce and signature Caroline barbeque I have ever tasted! Not to mention the fact that the staff were so incredibly friendly and fun, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get!
Just had them at the RibFest in Pittsburgh PA. Everything was AMAZING. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. Whenever you have a chance go check them out.
