Asked for my receipt at the window, instead of making sure to provide the receipt she stated it was in the bag which was a lie, went back around and they stated i had to walk in with my baby in the rain to get my receipt.. poor service will not be back and of course this isnt the 1st time they have disappointed me hard to find good fast food places that will go the extra mile to provide simple services.. a receipt should be automatic i should not have to ask for that will go to the west side next time for sure which is an inconvenience because i live on the east

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in South Carolina. I went there this afternoon and when I got to the window the girl doesn’t even look at me but calls me the wrong name which was a male name smh. Not only that I paid for a large fry but it looked like a medium fry because it was so empty.

Got two 4 count boxes of chicken minis. The bread was very dry. It didn't seem to be fresh. Maybe it had been sitting for a while. The location at Hillcrest is never as good as the one on Asheville Hwy. or the location in Gaffney.

Literally the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever visited. It is ALWAYS inconsistent and I frequently have to pull into a parking space to wait - I’ve even had to wait when I ordered a Diet Coke. The traffic situation is a nightmare and I have witnessed multiple wrecks because of it. Something needs to change, unfortunately.
