Normally we have no problem and I know that sometimes things happen but my husband made it very clear that my salad was without tomatoes and they clarified twice from two different workers. They also forgot the dressing for the salad. He got home and there were tomatoes on the salad. I know it’s as easy as taking them off but just a little disappointed.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my experience yesterday in this restaurant in this location. During my visit, I was informed by the manager that I was required to pay for a refill on a regular beverage that was part of my in-store meal order.
This came as a surprise, as my understanding has always been that Chick-fil-A provides complimentary refills on regular drinks for customers dining within the restaurant.
This has certainly been my experience at numerous other Chick-fil-A locations. As a regular customer of Chick-fil-A, I have never encountered such a policy before, and this recent interaction was quite contrary to the positive experiences I have come to expect from your brand.
The manager's insistence on charging for a refill, citing a change in policy, is concerning and has unfortunately led me to reconsider my future patronage of Chick-fil-A.
I believe this matter warrants attention and clarification, and I would appreciate it if this feedback could be addressed and escalated to the appropriate level for review.
i usually love coming to this place to get food for my family but unfortunately today the cashier i had seemed like a manager & had a braid with highlights. Women looking in her 30s got quite smart with me after ordering even after I was clear with what i normally order, & then tried to correct me even though she knew what i needed. along with making an assumption that my mother needed a translator immediately but my mother spoke CLEAR english as broad daylight would & laughed at my face when she told me to wait after saying “do you need anything else?!” indeed i repeated what she told me & she still said well i didn’t know but said it out of her clear mouth out loud for customers to hear. i felt angry & did not enjoy my meal after that along with the embarrassment she made for me. either she corrects her own self or gets out of the industry bc if she had a bad day then no need to leave it off on me. SIMPLE. otherwise everyone else was polite & respectful so i applaud for that!

Stingy with pickles. If I pay over $15 for my meal, I should be able to get 6 more pickles for two sandwiches. Ridiculous. I've had no problems getting extra pickles at other locations.
Basically I ordered my sandwiches without pickles because if they add the extra pickles on there, my sandwich will be soggy by the time I get to where I'm going. So I requested 4 pickle cups for my two sandwiches and was denied. Told I could only get two. I've had other Chick-fil-A locations go overboard and give me soup bowl of pickles, but for me to ask an employee for 4 cups and manager directly intervene, saying only two cups are allowed and deny me 6 extra pickles to split between my 2 sandwiches is crazy to me.
