I went here for breakfast this morning and waited in line at 6:30am, ordered chicken minis and a large Dr Pepper.When I got to the window to get my order I noticed it was a medium drink… not a big deal, I just asked her to make it a large because it was what I ordered. She made a huge deal about it saying “the people who took your order outside said you switched from large to medium” I let her know that was not true. She rolled her eyes at Me, told me to make sure I have their employees read back my order next time I come…. That’s not my job, I ordered my food and had a terrible experience with the staff. Very rude and unprofessional.
Great service. Order taken while we were in line. Got to the register and paid, and our food was ready and gentleman carried our food to the table for us.

Took 40 minutes to get two coffees and one of them to be wrong. It shouldn't take 5 people, including a supervisor to complete an order.
Probably the worst Chick-fil-a in the USA. Been here several times. One person on register scrambling to get drinks. She called for help but no one did. Line out to lobby and slow service. Always the same.
