I ordered from the app. It was ready at the time I requested. No complaints, my sandwich with Fruity Fran was perfect along with my sides of Grape Salad and Broccoli Salad.
This place is always great. The staff is very friendly, food is consistent and I have used them for catering and everything went great.

I love Chicken Salad Chick!!My favorite is Classic Carol on white bread with their delicious grape salad!!Would recommend this place to everyone! If a line deters you, it's well worth the wait, although those taking your order are excellent at keeping that line moving! Never more than a few minutes in line!!My husband loves it when I go because I always pick him up one of the packaged in store containers of Classic Carol!

The chicken tortilla soup was great. The pimento cheese had no flavor.
We love chicken salad chick, however this was our first time eating at this location in Spartanburg. The young man at the counter was nice. I ordered the Fruity Fran melt but they were "out", I've never, in all the years we've been going to CSC have they been out of a popular option! The melt that was not melty at all however the bread was super toasted almost burned. The manager was not apologetic, at all but instead tried to explain the setting of the oven. I've ordered this at the Pelham Rd location since they started doing this and it's never been burned. I told her thank you for the return and her reply was "Yep". Decent food but could use some work on the Service!

First visit here with a friend who recommended it. Staff recommended the traditional chicken salad over the popular classic & it was really good. I ordered the chicken salad melt combo with a side of pimento cheese (I didn't like the pimento as much). It comes with crackers & they gave a cookie with it. I don't like that the drink is a separate price & not part of the combo price. Total, I spent about $14.It's a nice atmosphere & a good spot to sit & talk, as well. Also, good for a light meal yet filling.
