Awesome staff and great customer service

They used to have the best hamburgers I had ever eaten. With the best buns you could ever imagine. Then they went to cheap packaged buns I had one bite and left the hamburger there. So disappointed.

Food was pretty good service was just very slow.

Completely awful! I went there for the by one get one free wings. My friends and I always get our drinks in to go cups. I asked for a refill and I was giving a plastic cup with lipstick still on the cup. I told the waiter this is why we always get to go cups. I then asked for a knife to cut my burger and the knife was was filthy, it had grease and food all over it. They used to have a large menu also and now it's just a front and back laminated paper filled with frozen appitizers they dont make in house. The ceiling is falling in and some of the squares are missing and some are caving in I'm guessing from water damage. I told my friends let's find a different hangout spot and never come back here. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Wings were good but food took forever. Not very clean in there.

Will NOT be going back here. Chief's has always been a staple for my family. But, I guess they want to "change with the times"... and IMO have made a huge mistake. They cut their menu by half (taking away all the things *I* liked). And on top of that, they started an 18% gratuity on a party of FIVE. No signs, or anything, stating this fact either. We "found out" on our bill. I get it, large groups take more work, but come on... FIVE PEOPLE? Will not be back. We will now go to Wild Wings. Their food is better anyway.

This place is not what it use to be. The wings are over cooked. The boneless wings are salty as ever. I use to love coming to eat and hang out here after work. Dont know what happened to them.

Dirty, freezing, wings were not good, and the drinks were weak the temp it was 62 in the winter most uncomfortable dining experience I can ever recall the bathroom was super warm but no paper towels and toilet paper just out cracked counters if you have a child be careful. How is this place in business. The ranch was good hence the one star.

Great food, good service and we had no issues.

They have roaches and if you sit at the end of the bar you can see the hall that leads into the kitchen..... it's filthy, eat their food at your own risk. The bar usually has a pretty decent crowd on Friday and Saturday nights though

service terrible. food terrible. place is old, dirty and dingy. bathroom filthy. ceiling tiles falling down. buckets placed to catch water dripping from the ceiling. won't be back.

Good food and great service. I like the fact that Chiefs are always making an effort to be a good neighborhood bar. I just wished that they had a beach night or play some music that "grown folks " could enjoy. I think that some of us are willing to eat and get out the door before the music starts. The service is always great and the staff are so polite especially the man at front door.

Customer service, atmosphere, and food quality has truly declined.
