we waited in line 30 minutes for our order to be taken. people kept walking away from their stations for minutes at a time while people stood there. there couldn’t have been more than 12 people in the line total. they told me they were out of steak even though there was steak in the pan. my boyfriend got a bowl and they barely put chicken in it while other people’s food was getting piled with chicken. he asked for more and they said they had to upcharge him since there wasn’t much chicken left. he’s a tall muscular guy who clearly needs the protein and they skimped him out of food he paid for because they wanted to save some for the next person. the portion sizes at this chipotle in particular are consistently small compared to the other ones we’ve been to, and if you ask for any more at this one, they upcharge you. don’t bother responding, just fix your shit because your reviews have been low and the service has sucked ever since this location opened.

I went to chipotle on Thursday, October 24th, order my bowl, I ate my lunch inside, while the employees was waiting on customers, and had nothing to do, 2 of your employees tried killing flies, with the bowls we eat with, they continue trying to kill them over the bar above the food(hot bar) area, didn't care if anyone was looking....I think while people are eating inside wanted to see that, another person who was also, sitting near me, ask me did I just see them, killing flies...I told him yes, he said he was not coming back, and he was making phone call....it's was a black guy, and a young white lady, with glasses....this is at chipotle in spartanburg sc, hillcrest....thank you for reading this

Not sure what happened because this play has been trash with service and food but went in Saturday and food was fresh, serving size is spot on. Really got more than enough. Not sure what changed behind the scenes but hoping it stays like this. Utensils and napkins were stocked. Wait wasn’t long at all, food was hot, and I can’t complain about the serving. Well done this time

Restaurant was clean & people were friendly, just slow for a lunch break. I ordered a bowl & didn't get much food. My bowl & a coworker's bowl cost the same & I had about 1/3 the amount of food. I think for the smaller bowls they're should be a charge by the weight or something. For a bowl & a drink or was $17. Crazy!

Food was not fresh at all! The queso was lumpy, none of the was warm, the chips were stale, and the tables/chairs were dirty. The staff food not seem to surprised. Ultimately i wasted my money. I am from out of town and I absolutely will not eat at any Chipotle ever again if this is the quality of service.

The food has no flavor?? Chicken & steak are not seasoned at all & the corn is just regular ..not corn salsa. Just go to the Chipotle on Ezell rd by Dorman center cause this one sucks.
