Limited seating but the kids love it! The stuffed crust pizza is delicious to. Decently priced.

We have been coming to Chuck E Cheese for years and always had a good time. However, this last time we came it was exceptional! They use an invisible ink to stamp the adult's hand and their children. That way when it comes time to leave they verify each child is leaving with the correct adult! They have also revamped many of their games and attractions. With children being so vulnerable, I think it says a lot that Chuck E. Cheese not only cares but has gone above and beyond to keep our precious children safe!

Mrs Maria always has a smile on her face when I'm visiting the Spartanburg store. I enjoy getting my exercise from various games. I really enjoy playing baseball and basketball. I remember when the hoop would move when you were shooting the basketball. I like when I make the basket and it yells three, three, three... I think I'm playing with the WNBA.

I was there for my niece's birthday party it was the first time I was in a Chuck E cheese in about 20 years. They have really brightened the place up it's a lot more inviting staff was wonderful to the kids as well as the adults. It's not the Chuck E cheese we grew up and that's great

The service is not good, only one person works and does everything and it takes a long time I would like to buy more things but there were a lot of people in line and only one person to help

They refused to make the pizza the way we wanted which is how we normally order it. Then my daughter wasn't paying attention was supposed to be filling up her her cup and in stead threw it away. And they wouldn't let us replace the cup and instead said we had to pay for another drink which was ridiculous just to get a replacement paper cup. All in all our experience was horrendous and the cus t imer service was the worst I've ever encountered

Pizza was good but it was extremely high! The game play time and price was ok but the price for food to actually get in was just ridiculous and then having to stand to turn tickets into prize was forever due to nobody at counter to help us and after an hour of play we only had 60 tickets 1 lil air head! Kids played all of that time to split 1 piece of candy!! Come on Chucky cheese you can do better than that!

Nasty attitude I came in with my family I told her in nice way hey how are you she ignored me and keep doing what she was doing I had repeated my self twiceee for her hear me then she started saying my daughter couldn’t have a outside drink just nasty if don’t like job go finish school instead working 9 to 9 job

We came to Chuck E. Cheese tonight for a very last minute celebration for my daughter’s birthday. Brooklyn greeted and helped me with deciding on the best options for our passes. Her customer service was exceptional along with her kindness. Thanks for a great experience, Brooklyn and Chuck E. Cheese!
