Terrible service. Ordered my food with 1 car In front of me and they had me waiting 20 minutes behind that car while 5 cars went through the other line. If you guys have a big order have them wait to the side and keep the line moving I don’t have time to be waiting 25 minutes for a tray.

Why have inside open if your employees are just going to ignore any wanna be customers?

I come to this cook out location at least 2-3 times a week. I get a cookout tray with double fries everytime. For the last 2 months I have continuously only got 1 side of fries for a cookout tray that comes with two sides, that I pay 10 dollars for. If the employees would slow down & not act so miserable all the time, I feel like this would be an easy fix. Almost every time I go through the drive thru I am met with someone who seems like they’d rather fall over and die than serve me my food. It is more than disappointing and quite frankly, a waste of my 10 dollars every time I don’t get both of my sides due to lazy and rude people.

The employee at the drive-through window was very rude and every time that I said part of my order even from the first part of the order, she kept replying with “is that all”. And she had an attitude when I pulled up to the window.

The people that work here have the nastiest attitudes. And for no reason too. I didn’t say anything to this girl and she was just acting so miserable and rude.

The people at the window are great, my order is accurate 99% of the time and my kids love it. We love you, CookOut!

The service was slow and lethargic.the food was not how I ordered it.and I believe cashier Jasmine lied about how many onion rings your supposed to receive with your order, I only received 4 Onion rings with my order baby ones....
