Food okay but the girl at the window needs serious customer service training. My mom asked her if there was sauce for nuggets in bag, she replied with “you didn’t ask for any.” Then when she handed it to her she had nothing to say and we also had to ask for napkins which seemed to irritate her as well. As a hiring manager, I recommend further training.

I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the reviews, but overall had a good experience. Our order was taken as soon as we walked in the door, and we received our food quickly. Order was accurate. Food was good although I thought my burger had a strong charcoal taste and slightly dry. Regarding atmosphere, some of the booths needed to be wiped down and trash was overflowing at the door.

Don’t come here if you’re expecting your $4 milkshakes to be right! My husband and I used to go to this location all the time to grab our usual milkshakes- Oreo mocha and chocolate chip cheesecake. We’re used to generally bad vibes here in terms of customer service, but the food and shakes are always good, so it’s fine. Today, we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the person taking orders was. However, we were also surprised to find that the price of milkshakes has gone up a whole dollar and both of our shakes only came out half-right- just Oreo and just chocolate chip. We’d much rather have rude staff vibes and correct orders than pay $8 for someone to say “my pleasure” and then hand us the wrong shakes. So disappointing- will not be returning to this location. :(

I literally just left that mf place and I’m heated !!! I asked for a bbq SANDWICH… a sandwich requires bread right ? Or am I freaking tripping . I opened my plate,that I got with no bag because they run out every 5 hours to see the bbq sh!!!t with NO BREADDDDDDDDD !!! So I was forced to go downstairs and look for some buns and DIDNT have any because cook out was supposed to have them . I had to try it with a soft taco and it’s was DISGUST. Fries over seasoned . hush puppies ate tho . GET IT TOGETHER NEOWWWW OR ILL CALL JOEL BEIBER

2 groups ordered takeout. Everyone's orders were wrong. 1 person ordered x2 onion rings and got 5. 1 person ordered a double burger with bacon and another ordered a double without. Not only were the orders wrong, but they ended up in 2 different vehicles. Good thing we were going to the same place because otherwise a total stranger would have gotten someone's supper. All of the coke floats had melted ice cream in the coke. No solid ice cream at all. I don't know what happened there.
