Update: August 12, 2025 Everything was delicious. Those cheddar bites are to die for. My hotdog was saturated in slaw juice but I still ate it, eat it with a fork, every single bite. Maybe use a slotted spoon? Hold off on the juice.

Man threatened me with violence at the drive through window because he couldn't understand I wanted the two quesadilla tray with two quesadillas as a side them one of his buddies exited the building and started walking around toward my car. I have a deep and raspy voice for a woman but by no means do I sound like a man or look like one yet they called me sir this entire time. disrespectful and frankly racist black staff

Never have my items in my tray, literally the worst cookout! They have messed up my order numerous times, and when I told them everything that was missing they said “well all of it was in there I don’t know how it disappeared” it didn’t disappear because it was never in the tray and then they expect me to come allll the way across town again to get a refund, shit is ridiculous and this is why I never go here at all!

If they spent more time tending to customers as they do laughing and talking. They may be able to produce quality food. I sat at the intercom 3mins before anyone addressed me. Once I got to the window I sat for another 7-10min before getting my fries, quesadillas, and drink. He stated it was fresh and OF COURSE ... it was not. I returned the GARBAGE they call food and got my money back.
If you're not going to take your job serious serving the community , then go be a gamer who sits at home all day. I WILL NOT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON.

Next time I’ll take my business to Whataburger which is just a block away. Won’t be back. PS. The Big Double Hamburger is a joke too. Like 2 MCDONALD hamburger patties on top of one another. This place is not what it used to be for the money
