Drive through was a joke. Person taking the order was talking so fast you couldn’t understand him. Had to repeat myself 3 times. After “FINALLY getting to the window, still got it wrong. Next time I’ll take my business to Whataburger which is just a block away. Won’t be back. PS. The Big Double Hamburger is a joke too. Like 2 MCDONALD hamburger patties on top of one another. This place is not what it used to be for the money

Hon absolutely love the food that they serve however it seems like anytime I ask for double side of cheese bites I seem to get less than if I would have gotten two sides

Went to drive thu window ordered Barbecue plate order of cheddar cheese bites and order of hush puppies.Got 5 cheddar cheese bites table spoon of Barbecue no coleslaw hush puppies tasted like crap. Will not go back!!!!!

Food was good after they fixed my order. But my complaint comes from when I got back up to wait for my milkshakes and all I see is one employee vaping all over everybody food grabbing his phone then touching food before it's wrapped.

We have a tradition, I come to visit family in south Carolina, we always do one finger at Cook Out. It is a big group, 12. It puts a strain on the place. Amazingly, everyone in this picky group gets food they really like. Service was a little slow. Atmosphere s was to local fast food. But family time together with everyone happy, priceless!

Some of the people who work there are rude and clearly don't care about their job. The dining room area and kitchen area were dirty and disgusting. As I was waiting for my food, the guy working the drive-through was making fun of the customers that were coming through. Would be nice to see management clean this place up....as in actually clean the restaurant and clean up the staff.

Would it not be easier and a smart idea to use the message board to state the lobby has been closed and the drive through is closing at 11 pm. Let's remember why we have large signs and a Google page. A paper note on the door is not effective communication if you have a line wrapped around the building.

Not friendly, doesn’t give bags anymore??? I don’t know why the reason is for that ? Especially if I have more than one order. I have to carry everything. no drink trays either gotta drive and hold my drinks. let’s not forget they mess up the order on a constant basis. We pay our money for them to do whatever they want.
