One star is too many. As we were seated at the table it was disgusting (we were the first customers there) from hair to ketchup. We ordered the rib platter and a quesadilla burger, everything was cold. Manager asked if we wanted it remade but we had already waited 30 minutes for the horrible food we received! Needless to say we won't be going back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

Wife and I stopped in for appetizers and a drink. We had the boneless chicken wings with honey bbq sauce and the pretzel sticks with cheese dip. Both were very good - the pretzels especially. I had a beer and she had one of the foo-foo drinks and they were good too. I noticed that they were NOT distancing tables but did require masks.

I chose to eat here for my birthday, because I was craving the fiesta lime chicken, which used to be my favorite choice at Applebee’s. During my pregnancy, I ate this 3 times in a row, but that was at a NC franchise, and I should have known better than order it from this place. We ordered take out, and I specifically requested, (which was read back to me by a guy named Eric), extra pico, and extra lime, bc usually the takeout servings are dryer than when dining in. Not only were the extras not provided, there was NONE in my container at all, which is messed up, because both are supposed to be provided with the meal. So extras aside, I tried not to be upset, bc after all it wasn’t a huge deal, but when I opened my container, my anger only intensified. My chicken was so dry/crisp on the outside, that I could not even cut it with a knife and fork, but rather had to chop it up with kitchen scissors. The rice was dry and burned in many places. There were dried, 1/2 dollars sized clumps of hard rice mixed in with overcooked, dry, and touch loose pieces of rice. The peppers in the rice were black. The chips (tortilla strands) that the meat sit on, were hard and inedible, so I had to pick all those pieces out of the solidified cheese/meat. My meal was DISGUSTING, and COMPLETELY INEDIBLE! If we didn’t live 20+ minutes away, I would have driven back and demanded my money back. My three year old’s order was also messed up. I ordered her the cheese pizza, which was decent, but I refused to give her the broccoli. As shown in the picture, it was wilted, and all pieces continued black/brown areas on the stem or the base of the edible portion. Zero flavor, and tasted old. No sauce provided for my husbands steak, which makes it hard to eat, considering it had zero flavor and was dry. Lastly, we ordered a child’s sweet tea, which LITERALLY tasted like dirt from a garden. I thought my taste buds were messed up, but my 3yr old hated it, and my husband said it tasted like dirt that sat in the fridge. The only reason for the 2 stars, was because the spinach/artichoke dip was good, and was the only thing I ate out of this wretched meal! Also, the people working should be a little more thankful they have a job, and less rude to their customers. Last time I checked, we are all going through stuff, and could use a smile and a “thank you,” vs the cold and ungrateful attitude that was portrayed when using curbside pick up. We will NEVER be returning to this location again. I’m fact, I will NEVER be eating at an Applebee’s again.

My step daughter and I were out doing errands and I wanted a big, thick, juicy cheeseburger. We stopped here and they did a great job of social distancing, sterilizing the tables, etc. I had forgotten how nice it was to be able to dine out and everything went very well. She ordered a Midori Colada so I got one, too. They came in a HUGE round stemmed glass - a real all-day s****** literally. It took me forever to finish mine. Our waitress, McKenzie, was great and very attentive. The cheeseburger was just as I had wanted - big, thick, and juicy. We opted for the 2 for $20 and got the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. The girl taking care of sterilizing the tables was very thorough, as well. It was a great experience.

Stay away from the steaks, we ordered the steak and shrimp parmesan. My sister's steak was raw and under cooked, she sent it back and they came back with a hot plate which told us the food was microwaved, it was still raw. She couldn't eat it. My steak was fatty that I couldn't eat. Our server told us the steaks were " hit and miss" which I told her that we must have struck out. We will never be back, we will go someplace else to meet for lunch. I emailed Applebee's corporate and they said to give them a second chanceon them. No thank you. If you like fatty and raw steaks this Applebee's is for you.

Pleasantly surprised by the large portions and good tasting meal. The penned pasta with prime rib was delicious

We were just there at 4:445 in the afternoon. We were told there was a one to two hour wait and the place wasn’t even full. The parking lot was almost empty and there was plenty of open seats in the restaurant. If you can’t handle the small crowd then they might as well close the doors to the place

This is not a typical Applebees Restaurant. This restaurant does NOT meet Applebees standard. Staff was not attentative to even seat you---on the computer. If this restaurant was very busy, I could understand. Finally we got seated. The food was not at all tasty. When we are in Spartanburg, SC, we will choose another restaurant to eat. Applebee's (Corporate) needs to come to this restaurant and observe and try the food!!!

Quesadilla burger....we wanted one. Who makes them? Applebee's. A couple of years back I walked out of Applebee's due to the lack of service (on a slow day....I think I did a review for that.) Anyway, we rolled the dice and gave them another shot. As we walked in the door, the couple before us turned around and walked out, tired of waiting (hmmm...here we go.) The waitress at the bar saw this and promptly proceeded to greet us (not wanting to lose another customer). So she seats us. And we wait....and wait. (Mind you, the store was maybe a quarter full...they were not busy by any stretch.) I see another party come in, they're seated, their drink order is taken....meanwhile, we're just waiting... Believe it, or not, I'm even more patient than I was years ago when I walked out the first time. I'm in no hurry...I just want to enjoy a meal with my wife. $50 for an overpriced specialty burger and fries...who cares??? YOLO. Service...Service.... If I were the owner of this particular Applebee's I would seriously question my staff. As we walked out, the waitress at the bar stopped me, she asked, "had no one taken your order? Let me get the manager, she'll give you a card for a free meal the next time you come in." I told her it wasn't necessary, but she insisted; so I told her ok. Then we waited on the manager.....and waited. Then finally walked out. Very poor business model. We ended up going to O'Charley's.

If you like slow service and smoking this is the place for you. I love Applebee’s food but unfortunately their service is slow. I don’t like smoking and asked not to be near it but it was so bad it got on my clothes. If anyone has health issues and can’t be around smoke Don’t go to this place!!!!!
