I placed an online order for two pizzas on April 2 at 4:00 PM. I arrived at the store at 4:30 PM and asked one of the employees to give me my order. My friend and I sat down and waited for about half an hour, but no one brought my order. I then spoke to the same employee again and told him that I had been there for an hour and still hadn’t received my order. He checked and realized that my order had actually been ready for quite some time. My friend and I ended up eating the two cold pizzas!!

We ordered 2 pizzas from this location and when we recieved them, there seemed to be no problem. However, only 3 out of the 6 of us ate the pizza. The three who ate the pizza were all violently sick by the next morning with food poisoning. Don't trust this location at all!

I was in town from Georgia visiting my sister and family this evening, when we experienced an issue with our order, which included 3 raw pizzas. Despite previous mistakes, my sister was disappointed by the defensive and passive aggressive, as well as condescending response from the representative, Cody. I hope the company takes steps to improve its quality control and customer service. $66 wasted isn’t even about the money, but the principle now. Yes, we have video to show our concerns.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this Domino’s location. I placed an order and somehow it completely disappeared, and instead of anyone trying to help or fix the issue, the person on the phone was extremely rude and acted like they didn’t care at all.
Every time I tried to explain that my order was lost, they either cut me off or hung up on me multiple times. No apology, no attempt to look into the order, no effort to make it right. Just straight disrespect and terrible customer service.
It’s honestly unbelievable that a business would treat paying customers this way. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just help figuring out where my order went. Instead I got attitude and a dial tone.
This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Pizza shouldn't take over an hour and a half to be delivered. When calling and asking where my order is, the manager just gives excuses and has no eta.

Smell like marijuana !!!! I'm not going to name the day or a person. I can tell you it was a week ago. Looking to get anyone let go but with definitely educate any employee smelling like that disgusting pot smelling marijuana and it be dealing with my food that is where I draw the line. WE LOVE DOMINO'S BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALL DRIVERS DO YOUR MARIJUANA ISOLATED ON YOUR OWN TIME AND MAKE SURE IT'S NOT IN YOUR VEHICLE. IT'S AN AWFUL AWFUL SMELL AND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO EAT YOUR FOOD!

The service is friendly and fast and consistently inaccurate. We are forced to use apps to get discounts to place detailed orders and they refuse to read simple directions like pie cut instead of square cut or well-done or lightly baked.
