Believe it or not, I've never been inside of a Dunkin' and my first time ever was on my way to work on Christmas Eve morning to grab a box of donut holes for my team. No one likes working on Christmas Eve, but they were all so pleasant. Everyone greeted me as I walked in and the girl that helped me directly was so kind. She took her time and knew what she was doing. No one seemed to let the morning rush get to them. Definitely an amazing first impression!

every single time i come to this dunkin there are workers that are acting a fool! me and my boyfriend went by today and ordered 2 hashbrowns, 2 wake up wraps a dunkin wrap and a coffee for 2 people. as we were about to pull off we get asked “is this for a family?” both of us were confused and said no. when we got to the window my boyfriend asked if there was a family deal because that’s all that could make sense, the girl on the speaker came and told us that “it’s just too much work to make it all” and that she didn’t feel like it, mind you there were NO other customers in the store or in line. that caused them to lose a customer for good!

This use to be my to go to spot bc it’s near my job. But lately over the past few months their drive thru has been extremely slow . I can wait 10-15 min in line for a mobile order. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or if some of the people just don’t care about a fast and friendly service .

They call out your order by what you ordered instead of taking names. If two people have similar orders you'll have to verify by matching your receipt to the bag. PITA... Could easily be fixed. Kitchen is open which is nice but I saw lots of trash on the floor that nobody picked up. Hopefully that's because you the tried not to handle that and working food at the same time. But again, simple management fix would make for a better experience. Food and service was what you can expect from any other Dunkin.
I hope the 2 employees that were working the day I was there stay! One had 2wks in the other it was her first day, they were getting their butts kick and more ppl kept coming. They communicated and worked with pleasant attitudes!

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. The coffee tasted awful, the hash browns were completely burnt, and when I mentioned it, the staff had a rude attitude and clearly didn’t care.
It feels like they have zero respect for customers or product quality. If you’re going to work with the public, at least show some professionalism. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back or recommending this location to anyone.

Been to this location twice in the past week and both times they are out of donuts. Do they have donuts at Dunkin DONUTS? I have been to this location several times since they open when I am in the area and it always disappoints. I am not just talking donuts. I hope the one that is opening in Boiling Springs close to where I live has a different owner, better management, better employees, better food quality and actually have DONUTS.
