The two young men don't know how to make a cappuccino and are bad-tempered. The mine is not at all friendly. The other black guy, upset for making the coffee that the other couldn't make, got mad at me as if I were being paid to work there. I'll come back one last time. If the treatment is the same, there won't be a good recommendation. Thank you 🙂 I try to be a satisfied customer with what I consume.

When we first walked in, not one worker greeted us. We stood there for about 7 minutes. We ordered 1 cold drink and 1 hot drink along with one dozen doughnuts. We got served 2 cold drinks. Had to get them to make the hot one. The chocolate was not stirred it just sat at the bottom of the cup. Hot drink was luke warm. We did not want to wait any longer, so we left. No, thank you. Have a nice day, nothing. They were rude in actions and acted as if they did not want to be there. The environment was very uncomfortable for us. To mention, they were not busy at all. One person sitting on dining room and one in drive thru. This was our first time there, and we will not go back.

Great service, Excellent Coffee, good food, could use more condiments, they have only mustard when I’ve asked. Mayo would be a great addition and possibly a mild hot sauce and or salsa.

The good: the young lady at the drive-thru was wonderful! She was extremely friendly, cheerful, & efficient. I can not give her enough kudos for her early morning demeanor on such a cold morning!

The bad: I was sorely disappointed by their breakfast - the sandwhich was dry, overcooked, and had obviously been sitting on a warmer for an extended period of time - it should have never been served. The bacon was overcooked and shriveled. Even the hashbrowns were burnt - you could even see that they were almost black on the edges and tasted like char. Over $12 for a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, & a small latte, but only the latte was fit for consumption! Everything else went in the trash! I wish I would have taken a picture, but I was so annoyed that everything went straight in the trash when I reached my destination!

I live in SC and work in NC. With that said I go to many Dunkins and this is the WORST! I have to order extra pumps of flavor to actually taste the flavor and cold brew is always full of granulated sugar. WHY would granulated sugar be used in COLD coffee and not liquid?! This store is also the most expensive for the same drink that I get at each dunkin! I have been going to this Dunkin for 6 months thinking it would be different at some point. Nope, no more. I'll drive further for a better store.

Manager handle a rude costumer situation respectfully. People have to remember they are human and everyone makes mistakes there no reason to cuss people out over a mistake. To manager you’re doing an awesome job taking up for yourself and your crew. Be blessed ❤️

The quality is hit or miss here. I've gotten everything spot on, and I've gotten everything wrong/messy. If you take it back in they will fix it for you so that is a plus.
