I will say that if you go to Dunkin in Spartanburg there's 2 locations each different owners ! From my experience don't go to the one on reidville road coffee is never hot service is horrible! Management doesn't care her staff kids are not friendly and have a I don't care attitude owner needs a whole new staffing department in there . The other Dunkin'on Abernathy highway is always nice and coffee is always hot and fresh I recommend go there instead!

As a teacher, I have to come as soon as they open to get my Dunkin fix. The ladies who work early in the morning are always so nice and caring everytime I order. I try to tip them when I am able because I know that it can be a bit of a hassle first thing in the morning. They are always so quick and efficient. Big props to this location!

they make their iced coffees WAY too sweet! my friend loves their coffee because it's so sweet but you can tell just by the color they put way too much sweetener. its a light color.

Bought 2 coffees , i dont understand why my coffee cant be filled up and i spent over 12 dollars for 2 coffees it literally pisses me off and it every time too… will not be going back to this location will take my business to reidville rd location if u dont wanna make the coffee right let me know ill go somewhere else why take my money then not perform the task at hand do better you are stealing from hard working people… the dude with the dreads always get me right will miss his coffee

This is the ONLY DD that always gets or orders right, hot, and the drinks are UHHHHMAZING!!! Every. Single. Time! Staff always seem like they actually enjoy being at work, which is very refreshing!! they got NOTHING right on my order. 2 drinks COMPLETELY the opposite of what i ordered, did NOTHING! 2 bagels, both toasted NO CREAM CHEESE WHEN I TOLD THEM GARDEN VEGGIE. I’m genuinely very very upset with this location. Dunkin is one of my favorite places. i will NEVER go back to this location.
