Service is extremely slow. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I still walked out after 15 minutes of not even having my order taken.

I order a Dunkalatte and Hashbrown. My latte was 3/4 full and tried to charge me extra when I asked can they fill the rest with a little more coffee. And the hashbrown was HORRIBLEEEE!! They stink, soggy and the grease was very dirty. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Wanted a sausage,egg, and cheese croissant combo, but they only had bacon, egg,and cheese... so they get more money if course... and the hot pumpkin lattes did not taste very good... and the cups were only 3/4 full... hate paying such high prices for meh food

This location is my least favorite. I came through your drive thru at about 9:30am this morning and picked up my mobile order! You couldn’t make my frozen caramel crème coffee! At some point someone needs to not be lazy an clean your machine ! Whatever the issue is was a waste of my time. I could’ve went up the street to the other one!

Then I also ordered a bottle water with my order and the girl at the window acted like they didn’t know I had that as well. It was clearly on my mobile order. I seen in the window you were not stalked with water in your refrigerator so they went around to the lobby to get me one.

Yall need to do better ! Clean up an make sure you are prepared for what the customer wants ! What’s the point of placing a mobile order when you don’t wanna do your job

Ok so this store is a life saver in my haste I ordered at the wrong establishment via the app realized this last minute called the store where the order was sent told them the situation they told me this gem of a place would honor my order they saved my coffee day was able to get my order filled with them have been her prior love the location friendly staff and great coffee 10/10 again thank yall for saving the day !

This was t worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Kiosk only to order. I had significant difficulty ordering no one said hello or tried to help me. I tried to order the $5 deal. It was $10. Absolutely horrible service by don’t waste your time or money with this spot
