If I could give zero stars I would. I am not commenting on the taste of the food, but I am going to comment on the fact that the food wasn't handled properly. Our waitress messed up our order. I ordered the Calabash chicken, shrimp, and baby backs platter. They gave me the sirloin, so I sent it back and when they brought the ribs they were COLD. When they came to retrieve the steak they removed the steak with their hands! They also didn't bring us silverware, even after our orders came out. I had ordered several items you would need a fork for. If you have to wait on food because it is cooking it should come out to you hot. I sent those ribs back. They came out with hot ones. The mashed potatoes they use weren't changed out properly, I know because they were discolored and I have a servsafe certificate in addition to a degree in culinary arts. The baked potato was so over cooked the flesh was browned and the bottom was burnt. The broccoli was so crisp it might as well have been raw. The butter sauce wasn't properly melted and closely resembled phlegm. It took nearly 30 minutes to bring out the food. The refills were scant.

Tender moist ribs. The poppyseed rolls are not as good with the to go honey butter. Decent side salad. Massive sweet potato. I will use the To-Go service again.

I LOVE My SALAD at FATZ!! Every Time I Go Order, the Staff are Kind and Attentive. Sometimes My Salads get a Little "Skimpy", but for the MOST Part, AWESOME!!

I'm pretty strict with my five star rating. Three stars is a good place to visit, so five stars from me means something real. Please go here, please try the calabash chicken tenders. They've done something different here and it's really good.
