I’ve never eaten at firehouse before. This location made my day. I was a bit upset and needed a quick bite. Whoever worked on 12/27 at 4.30 pm, are the most friendly people. I felt welcomed and received very attentive and quick service. What else to say.. it was the most delicious sandwich in my life (engineer). I will definitely be back, for the service, price and food 😊🤤

The Manager, Darnell provides excellent customer service with a smile. He's friendly and professional. No matter if its a line or just 1 or 2 people. He greets you with a smile. He has always gotten my orders correct.

Horrible service, horrible food, I ordered online to pick up and it said my order was ready. I went to pick it up and they told me they were out of turkey. What kind of sub place runs out of turkey? Then I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make one sub that I should have been informed about before I came to pick it up.

I ordered a medium brisket sub with mushrooms. When I sat done at work to have lunch I was very disappointed. It hardly had any meat on it and no mushrooms. 13.00 dollars and some change for mostly bread.

The employees were very nice. The store including the bathrooms were very clean everything looks great. Food was a 10/10. The manager on duty was very respectful and helpful also greeted us very well. Thank you Shanyren, will be seeing yal! soon.

This will be my last time going to this restaurant...the employee was nice enough but when I got my steak and cheese sub home it was more onions than meat. The onions if you want to call them that, I believe were artificial, unidentifiable and gross! My dog ate more of it than I did, she didn't mind, I however, did. My money wont be spent foolishly on that nonsense again...thanks, but no thanks.
