This will be my last time going to this restaurant...the employee was nice enough but when I got my steak and cheese sub home it was more onions than meat. The onions if you want to call them that, I believe were artificial, unidentifiable and gross! My dog ate more of it than I did, she didn't mind, I however, did. My money wont be spent foolishly on that nonsense again...thanks, but no thanks.

Able to seamlessly customize our order

We walked in and stood in the wrong place to be in line. They didn’t tell us where to go and no one really even looked up. Once we ordered take out, it took 30 minutes, and no one was even eating in the building.

the food was served fast, with a smile, and as always great tasting.

Ordered on App was easy and sub was ready when I got to the store.

Employees don't speak, just look at you. Rude, unprofessional. One Employee went and laid her head down at the table since no one was there. I'd hate to be the owner of this restaurant. The past 4x I've been here same experience. Will never go back. I'll drive 20 more mins to the other firehouse.

But ,what has it come to 16 Dollars for a large sandwich please , how can you stay in business at excalating prices, no Way

My steak sub was soggy and wasn't very good. I asked for toasted, but it wasn't.

Great food at a fair price.

First off the establishment was filthy smelled like urine when walking in. Water or some substance was all over floor. The drink machine did not work and was filthy even if you wanted to get just ice.
The Christmas parade was about to start so we were kind of in a rush to get out of the traffic and decided to still give the food a chance. I order a turkey and cheese sub a drink chips and a brownie. The young lady taking order said drink machine was not working so she went to the back to retrieve a coke soda bottle. I received my sub order and once I arrived home which didn’t but take less than 10 minutes from establishment, my sub bread was extremely soggy and sloppy. My sub should not have been that wet as if it was sitting on water. The sub was disgusting and I could not eat it after a few bites. I did not drink my coke bottle until the next day and when going to open the soda it appeared to have been open already. The seal was already broken on the bottle. I will not visit this establishment ever again unless there’s major changes.

Stay away.

30 minutes to get our food. 3 staff members, all moving like they were underwater. When we entered, one staff member was with her head down on the table playing on her phone on her lap while two others were behind the counter, four customers already waiting for their order. One man ordered and ten minutes later was told they did not have the meat for his sandwich, so he chose another. Our food came up, and a man who had been waiting before we arrived finally left, at first requesting a refund but then giving up and leaving to get back to his job, no food and no refund, because of the sloth speed. The man who had to change his order finally did the same, leave with no food and no refund. In this time, the staff member who had been head down moved to the cash register, where the head was again resting sideways on the wall while phone play continued.

The food was ok, prepared as ordered, when we finally got it, but this crew was in such slow motion and so unresponsive that the atmosphere was uncomfortable and extremely unwelcoming.

They can't seem to work on more than one order at a time. The cashier just sits at a table on her phone. The only one that's really doing anything is a girl who's sweeping.
