It was good,I payed for chips drink and sub .I got the sub and chips,they were out of soda,nothing but tea which I don't drink.but it was when very one was shut down .but they should had told us when we order there was no soda,I wasn't the only one that was disappointed. But I understand, they were busy ,but still payed more then I should of if I was told there wasn't nothing but tea

Firehouse is normally pretty great all around. No real complaint, just an observation. I got my food as normal but as I was sitting and eating, one of the sandwich makers said "GD we can't catch a break!" This was as several linemen who are working in our area after Hurricane Helene walked in to get lunch. Now I get being frustrated and tired but I really didn't like that response especially regarding those who have come in from other states to help us restore...

I ordered my food over the phone the the automated voice couldn't understand anything I was saying so it finally sent me to talk to a real person that works there. Then I had to tell them two times what I was ordering. Told me it would be 15mins that the price would be $18.37 when I got up there to pick my food up they didn't even have my order are my order ticket and then the price went up being 19.87 different from the price they told me on the phone.
