I was picking up a doordash and the order was already picked up because they didn't make the Dasher confirm the order was there supposed to do and now they're saying that it's not their problem that the food was stolen I would give zero Stars if I could

This place has all other sub joints on the ropes. Amazing service, friendly staff and astoundingly good food. The open seating arrangement was conducive to meeting new people and I had a nice chat with a fellow veteran and his family while me and mine ate. I'm definitely going back for more soon!

A group of teenagers having social hour was behind the counter supposedly providing service. A female teenager in a black tank pulled the hair back on a male teenager while he prepared our food. She then did not wash her hands but proceeded to pick up food Then she put her hands in her mouth as she bitte her fingernails. Awful management and raunchy teenager atmosphere

We had a terrible experience, and will not be going back to this location. We ordered through the app and picked up our food at the drive through window because it’s much more convenient with small children. That’s where the positive experience ended. We didn’t check our order until we arrived home (15 minutes later) and that was our mistake. One specialty sub was entirely wrong (down to the wrong meat and toppings). Another sub only had one kind of meat, when it was supposed to have two. The soda we got had too much carbonation. And we didn’t get our pickles. At this point, you may be thinking I must be someone who complains all the time. Normally, if it had just been any one of those things, we would’ve let it go. But it was just too much, so I called to let them know and my husband drove back to the store. The person at the window tried to argue with him and when he asked to speak to the manager, she was rude and argued even more. We just wanted our order fixed and a replacement drink, which we eventually got, but they gave us so much grief about it. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. We used to frequent this location, but they have lost our business.

It was a terrible sandwich. The prep work was seriously lacking. Wouldn't wast my hard earned money there again.

Went on my birthday and asked if they still do the medium sub on your birthday free. They said yes.. ordered and paid for sub. So how the free medium sub work.. lol I ordered and told them it was my birthday at register. Looked in app and nogo. Just a heads up good food but service is not all there.. I'll try tomorrow it is a Monday after all.. lol
