Went by the store to order dinner.No one is in the store.And some little punk kid tells me they're too busy to take my order

Food was great and service also.
WORST SERVICE. The staff showed the upmost disrespect to my group of 6 who was patiently waiting in line to order our food. We had no problem waiting until an employee raised her voice at us yelling that it would be some time until she could serve us. The attitude and disrespect was not needed and we left.

Cheri, I assume manager on shift this afternoon was quite rude. She laughed at me when the gentleman making my sandwich asked if I wanted cheese, and I replied no, as I’m severely allergic to dairy. The guys making the sandwich were much nicer than her. Please give this manager some training on customer service and how to be respectful of others and their allergies. Out of respect for your business I chose to not say anything and embarrass her.
Every single time I order on the app, I order no pickles. Because I'm allergic to cucumbers. And yet, every single time I pick up my food,there's a pickle wedged between my sandwich and the box.
Quality all around from the food to the employees! A++
