My daughter, who for medical reasons can't drive and is 9 months pregnant, just ordered Uber Eats and someone left out her burger and didn't give her the correct drink. I know with Uber Eats all they do is give you the money back but honestly this isn't on Uber Eats. This is on Five Guys, that's why I'm doing my review here. Now she has nothing to eat until I get over there from work. This is unacceptable.

I use to like when 5 guys gave u a large fry but now they are slacking in their fries, especially for how much they charge for them! The burgers are still good & fresh but if im paying damn near $9 for some fries, I need the bottom of my bag full like how they use to do a couple of years ago, a large fry is ridiculous here now!

Food was horrible and order was wrong. The staff was very rude when I tried to correct them on a order I made. The floor was dirty and sticky and hasn't been mopped in a week it felt like. The counters were nasty and so were the tables. I will never be back.

Where are the prices? How do we know how much it is before we go there?
Not bad. No reflection of this branch but 2 adults and 2 kids $50 is excessive for hamburger and hotdog dinner. The food should be perfect at that price.
