A friend of mine was hyping up this place and i see why. We had gralic knots with cheese as a appetizer. They were delicious. As a entree i had the Alfredo fettuccine with chicken and shrimp. It was amazing. The noodles was cooked perfectly. Sauce was the right consistency. Shrimp and chicken was good. So I'll definitely be back.

I have always enjoyed Fratellos, but tonight when we came in. I ordered the Salmon and the waiter asked if I wanted the potatoes or the sauteed vegetables and my wife told him ,I wanted the vegetables and I also repeated it to him that I wanted the vegetables . Well when the food came I had the potatoes, so I told him I ordered the vegetables so he had to go back and cook the vegetables, so I had to go ahead and eat my Salmon without my side, so it would not get cold, while I waited on my vegetables.Which took about 10 to 15 mins. to cook. Not sure of his name ,but there is a guy that walks around checking on the customers asking them how things are going. So I told him that I shouldn't have to eat my Salmon without my sides. And then when my vegetables gets done, I have to eat them without my Salmon. And he said he understood and offered to bring me a slice of lemon dessert ,that I have never heard of , I reckon to make up for my troubles ,but I did not want a lemon dessert, but I did tell him that I would take a slice of cheese cake like my wife had. And he told me, they wouldn't let him do that.And I was just thinking to myself, Wow, a regular repeat customer is not worth a slice of cheese cake for the troubles I endure during my meal. They had also rearrange the dining room tables.They turn the tables sideways, I reckon to fit more people in there. So if you sat with your back to the wall, you have a piece of chair rail moulding running right thru the middle of your back, when you lean back very uncomfortable. And the tables are really close to each other, so it's like eating with other people ,you don't know, Booths was much better and private.

Fratellos has always been a favorite of mine for consistent delicious Italian delicacies but last night it was even better because of the wonderful attention by our server, Jessica! Her professionalism accompanied by her warm smile & friendliness made it even better!
We're new to the area and this restaurant is quickly becoming a favorite spot. Tonight I had Fratello’s Famous Dish and it was phenomenal! I excluded the shrimp in mine but they added extra sausage along with the two large pieces of chicken. On our previous visit, we ordered two different pizzas: the Capricciosa Pizza and the Supreme Pizza. Both were delicious as well. Service had been great on both occasions. Tuesday nights are BOGO half off on the pizzas. 🍕

It truly pains me to say this, but it has come to a point where I can no longer support this establishment. I have been a loyal customer since 2014, and for many years I genuinely enjoyed both the food and the environment. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing and concerning.
Earlier this week, I placed a takeout order and was given the wrong meal. I called to express my concern and was told the restaurant would replace it. The next day, I called to place the replacement order and went in to pick it up. When I arrived, I was approached by several staff members and informed that my replacement order had never actually been submitted. It was a busy night, and although they offered to remake it, I was not able to stay due to time.
On the third day, when I returned to finally receive the corrected order, I was met with rudeness and accusations. I was told that I was attempting to receive an “additional” replacement meal, which was untrue. The employee made it clear through tone and body language that he believed I was being dishonest. He slid the food toward me and said I could “just have it.” I expressed that I did not appreciate being made to feel like a thief—especially when the original mistake was not mine to begin with.
What made this situation even more uncomfortable was the broader atmosphere. When I arrived, several African-American customers — including myself — were standing at the entrance waiting to be helped. Two separate parties of different races walked in after us, yet they were greeted and attended to before we were. This was noticeable, and it contributed to the feeling of being racially profiled. Whether intentional or not, it was hurtful, and it matters.
I also want to acknowledge the positive experiences I’ve had in the past — especially with Larry — who always showed kindness, respect, and professionalism. However, the new staff does not reflect that same level of care, and the atmosphere has changed significantly.
With all of that said, I can no longer support or recommend this establishment. The treatment I experienced was disrespectful, unprofessional, and left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. For that reason, I will not be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious! It is fresh Italian food, so a little wait for the food was fine for us, but others should expect it! It gets very busy, very quickly and gets loud but that is to be expected with such a great restaurant!
Amazing service best bartender in town, Rachel! She knows literally every drink that I’ve ever thrown at her and makes so perfectly. Atmosphere is fun and inviting and all the staff is very friendly and the manager is outstanding. Food is always a 10/10 and the pizza is 10000/10 !!! I highly recommend all friends every time Italian food comes up or pizza comes up :)

My first time in turned me into a “for life” customer. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and impeccable service. An older gentleman check in on us & had the kids laughing too. There was something very family like to the experience and I loved it. We had the garlic knots, pizza, bolognese rigatoni and antipasto salad. All were 10/10. I can’t wait to come back!
