Still waiting on my food, an hour and a half after we got here and 30 minutes after all the tables around us that were seated 20+ minutes after us were given their food. Spartanburg has great restaurants. Fratello's is not one of them.

I cannot speak more highly of this place! Since being in college, I have been here about five times! Every time I go, I am greeted with warmth and a smile! Not only do they have great service, the food here is extraordinary! Every time I go, I get the vodka penne and add grilled chicken. It is a must try! I also highly recommend the garlic knots, cheese sticks, and salmon. However, you really cannot go wrong with anything you get here!

Showed up shortly after opening in the afternoon on a Tuesday...although the bartender was new and very nice, she was in experienced and didn't know any of the specials nor did she have any help.

First time there and after Hurricane Helene. They had power and served pizza what could be better? It is a hidden gem. The service was excellent the food was excellent and they have buy 1 get one specials. The bread they bring to the table is great. Extensive menu too
My sister took me out here for my most recent birthday. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the waitress was so sweet. Will definitely be dining here again!

They handled it during Day 1 of Hurricane Helene! One of the few places open and super understaffed with employees unable to drive in and they did a fantastic job handling the overload of people that came there.
