I really enjoy eating from Fuji Restaurant 😋. The service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Whenever I come here there's never a long wait time and the staff are so polite and professional! I would highly recommend anyone to eat here if they like Japanese Hibachi!

Consistently good food. Orders are always correct. Friendly staff.
Food tasted okay, but the portion sizes are tiny. We had very little once you remove the giant cup of shrimp sauce. Shrimp sauce tasted good, but was super thin. Grateful they were open, but will stick to alternatives in the future.

I have always loved Fuji! Visited the Hillcrest location today and was very disappointed in the amount of chicken in the teriyaki chicken meals. Maybe 9 or 10 small dry pieces. Lots of broccoli though. The rice also tasted like it was very old? I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I won’t order from this location again.
