Absolutely horrible service I have ordered 2 cheeseburger with fries and i ordered it at 3:30 pm and I received my food at 4:20 the customers was absolutely horrible the burgers was too salty and it taste like pure salt the fries are very salty I have waited 40 minutes to get my food I'm never coming here again.

We LOVE whataburger in Texas and we’re excited to get one close to home. I went today for the first time and it was great! I got in and out quickly and the team was working diligently and was in good spirits. We recently had an opening of another restaurant where I live and they struggled with the pressure of influx of people and had bad attitudes. Whataburger employees were laughing and very polite and were handling the traffic well. Also, food is delicious! I wish I had their names so I could shout them out but there were so many helping that I couldn’t get one.

After going to the location in boiling springs, sc 3 times and having issues all three times, I really did NOT want to go here. However today is my husband’s birthday and it’s what he wanted for breakfast so I had to give in. Honestly, I am glad I did. Everything about this location is exceptional. The food was hot and fresh. (I had the honey chicken biscuit and it was pretty good, next time I’ll just ask for extra honey.) The service was top notch. (The manager even came to make sure everything we ordered was correct.) The bathrooms were very well kept. The next time my husband wants to go to WhatABurger, as long as it’s this location I won’t be dragging my feet.

I didn't have any idea what to expect from whataburger because I'd never heard of it and I was a little nervous when I saw how many people were there, but they had just opened and several eager employees were outside urging people to come in. I decided to give it a try. The line moved quickly and everybody was so friendly. Special shoutout to Alex, she has a great sense of humor and was very helpful. Whataburger is like the QT of fast food restaurants. I can't wait to go back!
Parking: Thankfully unlike a couple of other nearby popular restaurants, the parking lot as well as the drive-thru are completely separate from the surrounding businesses and doesn't interfere with street traffic. Big plus

My first Whataburger experience did not disappoint. The restaurant is new to our area and I haven’t had the chance to check out the boiling springs location even though I’ve heard good things about it. So I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was another one closer, on East Main Street. Alex made a believer out of me! She smiled, was well spoken and courteous. She also told me that she made the sweet tea which was amazing! According to some of the other reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks so.
there seems to be more of the kitchen than the tables themselves, dont get me wrong the place has a colourful feel to it just feels a little claustrophobic. but other than that there were already faults in orders, missing an order or getting something wrong. great place.
Order 3 chicken strips at 2.30am,they were mostly bread,hard and almost black..there was very little chicken and you could tell they had been sitting awhile.don't think i will eat anything else from there..I will stick to cook out across the street.
