Best burger I’ve ever had, tastes homemade and charbroiled. Lots of burger menu choices and you can fully customize on the app. The downside is their fries are not good, but you don’t need them to enjoy the hamburger. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.

Waited for over 45 minutes to get our meal, well we got a hamburger but we ordered a meal and my husband didn’t get any fries or anything else…I ordered onion rings and they were still frozen…I will not be back to any whataburger, around here ever again!!!

The most important thing is they have a wonderful manger. If your food, service or even the atmosphere isn’t top tier; he will make sure he fixes it until it is. The best service I have ever had. The food and service is great too.

Milk shake is great my husband and I split a milkshake because their large means LARGE. Their fries taste like McDonald’s fries & pairs well with their whataburger sauce (like thousand island) not a fan of their cookies Chick-fil-A has them beat in that dept. burgers are great they have that authentic beef taste.

Absolutely horrible service I have ordered 2 cheeseburger with fries and i ordered it at 3:30 pm and I received my food at 4:20 the customers was absolutely horrible the burgers was too salty and it taste like pure salt the fries are very salty I have waited 40 minutes to get my food I'm never coming here again.

We LOVE whataburger in Texas and we’re excited to get one close to home. I went today for the first time and it was great! I got in and out quickly and the team was working diligently and was in good spirits. We recently had an opening of another restaurant where I live and they struggled with the pressure of influx of people and had bad attitudes. Whataburger employees were laughing and very polite and were handling the traffic well. Also, food is delicious! I wish I had their names so I could shout them out but there were so many helping that I couldn’t get one.

Went here last week and the food was hot and fresh. I was met by an employee leaving as I was in the parking lot by the name of Earlene and she was very helpful and polite.
After going to the location in boiling springs, sc 3 times and having issues all three times, I really did NOT want to go here. However today is my husband’s birthday and it’s what he wanted for breakfast so I had to give in. Honestly, I am glad I did. Everything about this location is exceptional. The food was hot and fresh. (I had the honey chicken biscuit and it was pretty good, next time I’ll just ask for extra honey.) The service was top notch. (The manager even came to make sure everything we ordered was correct.) The bathrooms were very well kept. The next time my husband wants to go to WhatABurger, as long as it’s this location I won’t be dragging my feet.

I didn't have any idea what to expect from whataburger because I'd never heard of it and I was a little nervous when I saw how many people were there, but they had just opened and several eager employees were outside urging people to come in. I decided to give it a try. The line moved quickly and everybody was so friendly. Special shoutout to Alex, she has a great sense of humor and was very helpful. Whataburger is like the QT of fast food restaurants. I can't wait to go back!
Parking: Thankfully unlike a couple of other nearby popular restaurants, the parking lot as well as the drive-thru are completely separate from the surrounding businesses and doesn't interfere with street traffic. Big plus
