Plenty of parking.Waitress I had was Jennifer…very friendly and always checked in to see if everyone in her section needed anything..don’t have to worry about running out of beverage, as she was on top of it.Food - everything was hot and fresh..which is a very welcoming appeal to buffets, as sometimes when they first open..warmers aren’t always hot. The popcorn shrimp was a little crispier than what I like..but that’s just me and I won’t discredit them for that. Desserts…holy whoa..they “fudge brownie”…heaven on a plate. It’s the standard run of the mill Golden Corral buffet options but something about this one here in Spartanburg seemed different. It’s like they all have a friendly tone to them and it’s just very welcoming overall.I will be back and definitely give this a 5*.Parking: Huge parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and wide open for those in wheelchairs. Buffet tables are easily accessible.

Service was superb, it's 20 bucks plus 3 dollars a drink so 24 dollars for lunch after tax, 80 percent of food was older than it should be, For example, it's like a bowl of soup that's been sitting out for 3 hours and not being stirred. It gets a film and crust on top. That's how 80% of the dishes were , and when new food did come out like fried chicken, the line was 40 people long. So you had absolutely no chance to get fresh food unless you wanted to stand in line for 10 minutes, which stinks after paying almost 25 per person.Not a good experience I will not be going back during lunch. DINNER is great though.

The cashier was friendly,our drink waitress however was lacking in people skills ,in my opinion. I did have to ask for silverware, and drink refills . It did take her awhile to come to our table. It wasn't too busy that day . I asked for lemon for my tea and I was told to get the lemon at the salad bar. This was a first. Food was good lots of vegetables,meat ,and dessert.This is a Buffett type of restaurant.The bathroom was clean.Plenty of parking.Vegetarian options: There was a good selection of vegetables. I feel someone would make a good vegetarian meal.Parking: Plenty of parking space close to the entrance of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I don't have small children, I saw several families, everyone seemed to be happy. Yes a child in my opinion ,would be comfortable eating here.Wheelchair accessibility: I am not sure about the wheelchair ability to be able to see or reach the food. I haven't seen anyone in the several times I have been here in a wheelchair.

a few years ago everything was much better and more pleasant...but...something happened to this place...a couple of weeks ago we decided to have Sunday lunch with the family. and regretted it. The price at the entrance was more or less normal. When we were taken to sit at an empty table, we almost vomited. There was dirt everywhere, it literally stank of vomit. We asked for another place on the other side. It was also not particularly clean, but not it stank. I was afraid to go to the toilet. I saw the service staff carry a dirty basin with dishes and put it right on the table, in front of the person who was having lunch. What kind of miracles are these? And you don’t need to look at the floor at all. There is dirt and leftover food there. I'm sorry, but we won't go there again. The children said they would never come back!!!
Great buffet vegetables need to be more organic without ALL that margin butter. But overall ok 6 of 10Dietary restrictions: Watch out for THE MARGARING BUTTER it's used in the baked fish Brussels sprouts zucchini corn its very unhealthy. And NO the sweet potato doesn't need ADDED SUGAR.

Our entire experience was awesome but our first encounter with an employee was the best part of our whole dining experience! Evan at the front counter took our order and payment. I have never met such a warm, sweet, and all around pleasant person! He was an absolute joy and I just want to acknowledge him and the fine job he’s doing! The world would be a better place if there were more people like Evan!
