I ordered online while sitting in the parking lot soon as the order went thru I drove up and told them I had an online order. The cashier responded with “ok it will take us a little while to fix it cause the order just came thru” I said ok no problem waited maybe 2 min so there is no way the freshly cooked anything the fries was so hard we couldn’t eat them the chicken tenders tasted and looked like they was cooked hours ago and just dunked back into grease to heat them up I typically love Hardee’s but this one was an epic fail just awful edited to add to the “owner” there is no link to click on

Waited 4 ever. They act like giving me a drink for waiting is going to set them back. Attitudes, the lady at drive thru window she was like we was bothering her. So once we got THE food, ITS hot but nasty..super stars was nasty,NOT FRESH AFTER WAITING 4EVER. then it made US SICK. I DROVE IN THE RAIN ? TO GET SOME FOOD AND THIS IS WHAT I GET ..SMH NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a biscuit and gravy and I have to tell you, it was the freshest, lightest and fluffiest biscuit I've ever had at Hardee's and it was awesome with the great gravy that of course was with it. They COULDN'T have been ANY better!! I almost went in to tell them after I ate it in the parking lot because it was so good, but decided not to in the end. But it was VERY good and really hit my breakfast spot, which is VERY RARE anymore weather it's breakfast, lunch or dinner and I can tell you this because unfortunately I have to eat out once or twice a day, everyday! So I'm getting burnt out on everything!! Thank's guys for the GREAT breakfast!!!
