By far the best Hardee's around. Breakfast staff is always so friendly, and treats you with respect. They seem to really like their job. Biscuits are always a nice golden brown and not overcooked. A big change from most that I have been to. This is my go to breakfast when I get off work in the morning.

Now, I love some Hardee's biscuits.... but man.
Popped in on my route after being on the road for 4hrs, and just wanted a bacon biscuit. Instead of the fried egg I got a cold egg patty, cold bacon, and cold cheese. Only thing warm was the biscuit. 10am. Not the only customer in the building so wtf? Sorry I interrupted your morning with my order, but damn I'm hungry. Guess I'm on to McDs since atleast they will nuke my food. Very very unsatisfied

I ordered a burrito this morning and as I'm sitting there watching the man make my burrito I see him picking food off of my burrito and sticking it in his mouth I am absolutely disgusted I got my money back and left I can't even believe I seen somebody doing that he was literally eating off of my burrito that he was making for me absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

Service was great. Little bit of a wait but the food was fresh and correct. Got the Frisco combo. Very good experience passing through Spartanburg. Best fast food fries we’ve had in a very long time!!! Sweet tea and coke were good as well.
Ordered the number 2 combo today. The person who took my order clearly doesnt want to be working the drive thru. He wasnt rude, but wasnt a nice person at all. Barely talked and has zero customer service skills. I was the only car in the drive thru and they pulled me forward. Not a single car came through the drive thru while I was there. Made no sense to pull me forward. You are worried about service times? Well I know I waited the 10 minutes I sat there. Was brought my food 10 minutes after I ordered it. No napkins and no receipt given to me. The fries were absolutely the worst fries I have ever been given in my life. Those fries had to have sat under the heat lamp for hours. They were cold and not even edible. The toast for my burger was split in half and had so much mayonnaise pouring out of it. The outside of my toast was soggy. The burger fell apart while I was eating it. This is the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. This experience was so bad that I will never go to any Hardee's again. The only positives I can say about this place is the bacon was cooked well and my cherry coke was good.
