I ordered a mobile order and it was said to be ready at 9:19 am. I ordered mobile because I was in a bit of a rush. I had to come inside, my order was not ready I had to fix my own drink the food was no where close to being ready. There was no apologies for the delay. I had to show the cashier my order because she said she didn't see it. At which time she printed my receipt and started asking for my order that was now 25 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. The staff was unfriendly and not communicating to the many awaiting customers. Overall not a great experience and mobile order was a waste of time as it was not any faster.

Pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait. Although, we had to not only wait for them to swap registers, we order at the drive through, pulled up and had to repeat the order. Then was told to pull up because they were waiting in tenders. Let’s be clear it’s approximately 1:20pm. I look to the right of my and another car was also told to pull up. The car behind me is literally sitting back there also waiting for their order. If you’ll are going to be a cook to order, I think this is something you should tell everyone. Before, I could get my other the lady comes out and ask can I pull up a little more, I did respectfully. I look in my rearview mirror as she is going back into the store and all I see is smoke. So she is vaping and taking orders I guess. When you’re dealing with people food and drink going to your mouth and touching things is not a good look. I stopped eating at Hardee’s decades ago. My elderly mom wanted something from here and this is not her normal is why we were here, NEVER AGAIN! Customer service at this place now has just become comical these days. Never will I spend another dollar investment here. We paid for the order at 1:17pm according to my receipt, and we received the order (in hand) at all while the ice melting in the ice tea we already had received. 1:36 pm the car behind me gets their food and I was there first to place the order. Again, the lady working the window is handing out food and vaping. It’s now 1:38 pm and the vaping lady brings our food, just to say Sorry for the wait and walks off. This restaurant seems to be very slow at getting orders made. They will take orders from two cars, make those orders before they will take another order. Once you order you still have to wait a hot minute before you get your food.

Went through the drive through so I can’t say for dining experience But the little wait I had after ordering made it worth it when everything was fresh from the burger to the wrap to the fires !!!!

Very dumb design of the drive through area. More than once I’ve tried to enter from the back, found I was on the pick up side and realized I need to drive to the ordering side. The problem? You can’t simply drive around; you have to back up, get on the road and drive to the other side. Or, drive out into Asheville Highway and enter from there. Every other fast food place has a wraparound lot with extra driving space for those who missed the entrance, changed their mind, etc, but not this one. Love Hardee’s but this was the last time I’m going to this location.

I don’t typically bother with reviews however this was the major exception. Most places are closed due to the hurricane and I expect most places to be busy we arrived here around 7:45 in line and waited to get to order around 8:50. They waited 20mins they closed at 9. From my understanding they purposely waited till closing so they didn’t have to take anymore orders. Disgusting behavior especially during such times.
If it was after 9 when we got there I understand however we were they at 8:50 and called out to them. Reporting them to corporate.

Lousy food poor service recommend not to go there at all.
Don't do it. You will be highly disappointed. Full staff. 4 people inside and 2 cars behind me in the drive thru and I left with a refund after 22 minutes, no shakes. This is NOT FAST FOOD. It is also not good customer customer service. I seen at least 6 people working so one customer per employee and they all move as fast as molasses. No wonder they are never busy. The Manager moved as slow as the rest of them and could not care less about service.

I love the Famous Burger, and I’ve always gotten a fresh, hot burger with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. They are always short staffed, though. I waited 20 minutes a couple of days ago. The car behind me just left. The employee apologized, and I felt sorry for him because I believe he was not only taking orders but also cooking the food.
