We live way across town but we happened to be over that way shopping otw home we stopped an my bf got a hot dog combo the lady at the drive through who had no teeth was to busy flirting with my bf an we got all the way home an seen no French fries he checked the receipt an she had charged for the combo like we asked so needless to say we didn't get our fries bc we didn't want to drive all the way bk over there but had she been paying attention to her job instead of my man she would have probably got it right very disrespectful I wasn't worried about her taking my man so I ignored it but she's gone come across the right one an have a diff experience don't think we will be goin bk

We have been to several Hardee’s and order a larger order (40+ biscuits) each month. Bernard and his group have done a fantastic job. He was so helpful! Such a difference from our other experiences with other Hardees. Visit there; it’s great!

stopped by this Hardee’s while I was out doing some early Christmas shopping. I thought it would be a decent, affordable place to grab lunch, but I was honestly shocked by what I walked into. The atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable — it felt more like “tweaker city” than a restaurant.
The shift leader on duty (her name tag said shift leader ) I believe her name was Nicky maybe? and several people working in the back looked and acted like they were heavily under the influence. Nodding off standing up. Their behavior was so distracting and unsettling that I couldn’t even enjoy my food inside. I asked for it to go and left right away I had my 17 year old daughter with me and I didn’t want her exposed to that kind of environment.
Hardee’s is usually a reliable spot, but this experience was unreal. Management really needs to address what’s happening at this location. Customers deserve to feel safe and comfortable when they come in to eat
