I will never go back to this location. When I went to the counter to order, the two women at the counter ignored me. I finally said "Hello". One slowly walked toward me and sarcastically said "Can I help you?" Whereupon I said "I don't think so" and walked out. Wow, what a give a crap attitude. Was it because I am a white senior citizen?

Cost was a big decision in my selection. I ordered off the menu above the counter. I ordered frisco breakfast sandwich combo. Price was $7.49. Manager working the counter asked medium or large. I chose medium. Expecting the advertise combo price above. Hardee’s store number 1501658 order number 5337904058385.my bill should have been about $8. It was $8.71. I asked her why. She tried to figure it out. She then said the picture above shows a small coffee. I said politely you did not give me that option. You asked me medium or large. I chose the cheapest. It was obviously very deceiving I believe she knew exactly what she was doing. And then when I did get my coffee, the coffee maker. It was disgustingly dirty on the outside. It has not had a good thorough cleaning in a long time. In addition, my Frisco sandwich only had ham on half the side. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I did not. And I was eating it as I’m feeling this out at the table. I’m just very disappointed in what happened this morning and I can only see honestly say I will not be returning to Hardee’s anytime soon . I did have a small portion of my sandwich left. I’m going to shoot a picture I can honestly say half of it did not have ham on it.

I’ve gone by Hardee’s 6 times around 7am. The drive through will never answer when you try to order. Always end up having to leave empty handed. I don’t understand why they have a drive through if no one will take your order. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Not many of these around anymore but those steak egg and cheese bring back memories of the good old days.
First time here in a while since they closed down the Hardee’s in cedar springs. Biscuit gravy was ok but you can’t mess that up. Husband’s loaded omelet biscuit was AWFUL. Hardly a thing in it and the biscuit was totally burnt!! Biscuitville a little further away will get our business in the future

I go to this Hardee's quite often and I never have had any issues with my food order being wrong. Obviously they have a lot of high turnover but I know the manager well and there's a couple really good cashiers who work there and are fun to talk to. Food's always hot and fresh, but I think their breakfast is what you can't go wrong with the most.
