10/10 The shift leader that took my order in the drive thru was amazing! You guys have an awesome Manager! She was friendly and tried to up sell! I work in fast food and that lady had an amazing positive attitude! Please make sure that yall let her know how great she is doing!

Me and my wife visited the Hardee's location at East main and Drayton and was greeted with a kind warm atmosphere and smiles and the general manger Jimeika and crew not only were polite and quickly took our order and got our food made in the blink of an eye but everything was freshly prepared hot and delicious our family will only be eating at this location from now on and look forward to seeing the warm greetings and food apon every visit.

There is a reason why hardees is failing. The hardees on east side of spartanburg needs to be shut down. No one in dinning room and no one in drive thru, and I'm told to wait. I order a large combo and gave my drink of choice, I get to windo and was told thwy dont have that drink. I ask for a lemonade, she hands me a small. I said I ordered a large. She said we dont do large In lemonade, I told her I'm paying for a large combo. Manger came over and same story. Worthless people at this location. Common since if you pay for a large you get a large. Not my fault you dont have the stock filled to fulfill an order. Do your jobs correctly.

This place is absolute trash!! We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. When I went up to ask we were going to continue waiting for biscuits. Half of our food was on a tray and had been sitting there. At that point I asked for a refund. I was completely ignored by REGINA. She said she couldn’t give me a refund. They couldn’t give me a refund, and couldn’t give me my food! Then the manager shows up JIMEIKA CAMPBELL. She tells me she’ll process the refund out of her own pocket with an attitude. Then proceeds to ask me for the cups from my order. My husband and kids had gone to wait in the car and had already thrown away their cups. The manager told me she couldn’t refund the drinks because we didn’t have the cups. After I told her that they were in the trash can she said, “well I need them.” I asked, “Am I supposed to go and get them out of the trash?” When she replied, “Yes if you’d like your money back for the drinks!” I got the cups out of the trash and set them on the counter for her to get my full refund!!! The guests in the restaurant couldn’t believe the treatment we received. I have never in my life experienced something like this. Everyone in the restaurant was appalled at their behavior and kept telling the staff just to refund my money. It’s absolutely crazy for this to have happened early in the morning!!!

The last few times we've had bfast at this location, the food is cold, and biscuits are hard . We like mayo and tomatoes on our steak biscuits. We have yet to get a slice of tomatoe that doesn't have the hard green center in it.

I have been going here on and off for a couple of months now and the morning crew is fantastic! Food is always hot, delicious and correct. Staff is professional and courteous. I never have had a bad experience yet. My visits have been consistently positive. They always ask the right questions which means to me they care. I don't know all the names but the lead is always making sure the food comes out perfect and the drive thru is always quick and thorough! Do not let this crew go!
