Let me start by saying a few months ago this place was "not it". But, Ron Carter has made this place "it"!The staff was pleasant. Let me elaborate. You know how you go to a fast food place and it seems like you are bothering them?? Not here. EVERYONE was very nice. The food was bussin'!!! I told my husband I wanted a burger and being a couple months pregnant I was worried but opted for Hardees over Cookout. I ordered a frisco combo and a cinnamon roll... DELICIOUS!!! The shakes were on point!! Hand spun with the whipped cream.. Yes please. We were not disappointed. 10/10 will see them again soon!! Thank y'all for all of your hard work!(The Jason mug was not sold at Hardees - just a shout out to Ron Carter.) I smashed the burger.. so no pics ???#CampCrystalLake6

Brian in the drive through in the early mornings is the main reason i go there and not Bojangles across the street or any other place. He is always polite calm and collect and in a good mood. Well he doesn't show otherwise. Awesome guy and I wanted him to be acknowledged for his great customer service! Its almost impossible to find that in 2024
